I ordered a hoodie a trousers, both are lovely a warm, love the leg tie on the trousers, plenty of room to adjust to wearing trainers with socks or if need a bit wider with boots, and actually stay when tightened. Also the middle tie, love the design. Easy to slacken an tighten.
The hoodie so comfy too, an great with all the pockets an ease of use. An all pockets on both with zips. Such good quality.
The delivery was quick an always kept up to date where it was.
So glad I ordered an will definitely be ordering more. Thank you

Great customer service & even better product! These hoodies are super warm, soft and the perfect item for those wet Melbourne days. Love that they have extra pockets with hidden zips and the cord in the waist band to keep the breeze out. Super comfortable for any time of year, my kids keep trying to steal mine! A true winner in our house!

Purchased an Academy Hoodie from Snobodi after seeing them pop up when looking for locally created snow gear. Bought as a pre-perchase and item came super quickly once stocked in. Been wearing the hoodie in Finnish winter and can say it's doing a great job at keeping me warm and dry outside. Really thick and good quality. Lots of hidden pockets to keep items safe. Would 100% buy from these guys again. Super happy I found them.

Well for me its "just" because its ultra confortable and it makes you feel like you wanna use it everyday for everything, indoors or outdoors, you name it!
Also really enjoyed the fabric as its super warm!

Placed an order 1 week ago with express delivery. No tracking details yet, so contacted them via e mail. Basically said sorry were busy - not good enough. How long does it take to put a hoodie in a parcel & post it?? NEVER use this company if you want something to arrive quickly. Awful customer service too by Sheena who is answering e mails without actually answerig any questions.

The hoodie is lovely and good quality, bought it for a teenager for skiing but have washed it on a low temp cycle as per the instructions and it still has stains on it, not impressed.

I’m from Canada and I received my hoodie pretty quickly and the quality of the hoodie is amazing the fit is fantastic definitely recommend

Ich habe sehr gute Erfahrungen mit diesem Shop gemacht. Ich habe meine Bestellung aufgrund eines Fehlers beim Zahlungsvorgang über Paypal versehentlich doppelt abgegeben. Das snobodi-Team hat mich direkt kontaktiert und darauf aufmerksam gemacht und dann eine Bestellung storniert. Super nett und professionell! Auch der Versand von Australien nach Deutschland ging relativ schnell, wenn man doch die weite Strecke und den Einfuhrprozess bedenkt. Volle Empfehlung von mir für den Shop! Nur die Hoodies habe ich mir leider anders (dicker, wärmer) vorgestellt. Ich erkenne keinen Unterschied zu einem normalen Pullover und als Ersatz für eine Jacke bei Schnee oder Regen oder generell kalten Temperaturen können die Pullover entgegen der Werbung nicht herangezogen werden. Trotzdem sind sie schön und bequem!

Be careful for EU shipment, you pay shipment fees at snobodi (~15€) + Import duties at local post (~30€)...
For a hoodie costing 80€ at start... you end up with very expansive hoodie beyond 120€!!

Incredible quality - sketchy service

Ive had 2 tracksuits following an order where a delivery went missing. They’re unbelievable quality!

The customer service regarding my missing item was terrible until I reached out to Hugh via social media, customer shouldn’t have to do that but there was a quick resolve so hopefully it’s a breakdown in communication and some staff training will mean that in future it’s dealt with correctly and not a refraction of the brand!

Advice: Take the insurance off your checkout!! No terms & conditions and it doesn’t protect in the way it advertises! An extra 2/3 pounds (dollars) per order isn’t worth your brand reputation!

Company won't allow cancellation of orders and refuses to return money after returns.

Would never buy again there to avoid discussion with their customer service.

I ordered 4 hoodies in januari and received them februari. It would have been even quicker, if clearing in The Netherlands would be smoother.

The colors are wonderful and the fit is perfect. The fabric is so soft. I really would recommend this shop.

Buyers beware, pay to deliver, pay to return, no money refunds.
Took payment, no delivery for 8 weeks, no opportunity to cancel order.

I would like to edit my review to acknowledge the excellent response from the Snowbodi team. I was offered. a refund or replacement hoodies, as i had already repaired the hoodies I chose refund which they have. processed for me. Both my teens wore their hoodies on the recent holidays where they commented on the softness and warmth of the hoodies. They really liked the zipped internal pockets in the front that meant they could keep their phones safe when out and about. The weather was exceptionally cold and there was heavy snow on all the days of the ski trip so the hoodies were worn under outer shells rather than by themseves but i could see how on drier days that they would have been perfect.
Ordered two hoodies in October 31st and received one in mid December and the second today the 10th Feb. I would not recommend ordering from this company if you want things in a timely manner. The hoodie feel good quality and heavy warm material but both have the same fault on the sleeve with the ski pass pocket, both have a sharp piece of plastic that hits your hand as you pull your hand out to take it off. I have waited along time to receive the second. hoodie. As the hoodies took so long to get here, I am reluctant to send them back, we are also going skiing next week so there is no time to get replacement. If I want my teens to wear them I am having to do a repair on both of them

Excellent quality material, lovely oversized fit which is made better by the drawstring. The zips are hardly noticeable. Long delivery to Scotland but excellent communication. Well worth the money.

Great company. Excellent customer service. I now have two Snobodi hoodies. I absolutely love them. They are great quality, very warm and cosy. Sizes are perfect as I like a baggy top, there is certainly plenty of room in these. Not only that but they have several zipped compartments to store your valuables. And a draw string at the bottom to keep you extra cosy. I also love the colours, I have a Lilac one and now a pink one. Looking at getting a pale blue one next. I would definitely recommend this company and their amazing products.

I absolutely love the Snobodi hoodies! I bought one each for my girls and I for our trip to Japan and I wore mine as outer wear (without a ski jacket) for 5 days of skiing including a very heavy 27cm+ snowfall day! I had thermals and a wool jumper underneath but the Snobodi kept me dry and warm - this will also be great for cold Saturday mornings at netball! I love that they are made from recycled plastic bottles and are an Aussie company - it’s a win win win!

I have pre-ordered 2 hoodies on Black Friday and finally received it on Mid Jan. I requested for a size exchange but it resulted in, first return the hoodies, then receive a store credit in my account. By using the store credit, I can "purchase" a new one with right size. However, since I bought it on discount price, I hv got the credit in a discount value which did not allow me to buy 2 in this case. I understood that the discount is because it is a "pre-order" but I did wait for 2 months, it is not a new purchase but a size exchange. This is an online store, size is not fit seems to me it very normal. There is no proper exchange process which to me doesn't make sense and they refused to refund. I am very disappointed.
