Never again! Socking experience
Ordered the hoodie before Christmas, was out of stock so paid based on a preorder. A week later ALL of the hoodies were in stock on the website, so I asked to get mine from stock, but was told I needed to wait for the pre-order to be fulfilled.
6 weeks later, I am still waiting.
Communication from the team is sporadic and quite rude!

The estimated dispatch date for this preorder was clearly displayed on the website at the time of purchase and was from January 20. Preorder dispatches have been underway for the past three days and all remaining preorder orders will be dispatched in the next 24 hours.
Preorder items are processed separately to in-stock orders which means we’re unable to convert preorder orders to “buy now” stock once they’ve been placed.
We’re sorry if any of our communication felt anything less than helpful. That’s never our intention and we’re always working to improve response times during high-volume preorder periods.

We can see that this order was placed for a preorder item. Preorders are clearly marked on our website at the time of purchase and note that dispatch begins from 20th January, 2026.
As the item has not yet reached its dispatch date, this would be why you have not received it.

Product is amazing
Ordered 7 hoodies to the UK. Took a couple of weeks to arrive which is to be expected but the product is incredible and all 7 hoodies were as ordered. The quality is amazing, the sizing is accurate and the colours are lovely. As long as you aren't ordering last minute, I would HIGHLY recommend them. I was dubious about the waterproof nature but my children were running their sleeves under the tap and it just beaded and ran off. Very excited to get out skiing in these.

Ordered the Snobodi hoodie end of last year (2025) - and even though it took 1 month to arrive (AU to DK), I am not disappointed - au contrair. Such a nice quality and top features! Best hoodie i’ve had - and that’s not a few after having had a couple of seasons living and working in the Alps. Extraordinary!

Perfect hoodie
I wear this hoodie all the time, it’s the best thing for winter and I can’t stop using it. The material is top notch, the zipper pockets are really handy and the thumb holes are nice to keep your hands warm ish too. 10/10

Bought one for my son and one for my hubby for Christmas and they were both so happy- bought one the academy hoodie and one the venture. The colours are so lovely got the purple and green. Quality is amazing as is fit and whole process of ordering and delivery especially seeing as I am in the UK. Can not recommend highly enough! Fantastic product and company!

Best Hoodie ever!
The adventure hoodie is the best clothing purchase I have done last year. I wear it almost every day now and with snowboarding it was way better than wearing a jacket. It was minus 5 degrees celcius and it felt like freedom for me! Don't hesitate to buy from this brand. I am hungry for more.

I bought two hoodies as Xmas presents and I will definitely be buying again. The quality of the fabric is excellent with a super warm fleece lining. Loved all the hidden details such as the little pockets and the finger warming extension to the sleeves. One of my sons said "It's like wearing a hug". If you're thinking of buying, you won't be sorry - especially in the sale. Fantastic value. Highly recommend.

Their customer service was attentive and amazing, they kept me up to date on all my questions with delivery, I was nervous ordering from Canada… their jacket and hoodies are amazing, style is awesome, fit is great, honestly the venture hoodie is the best hoodie I’ve had! Absolutely amazing brand, The quality is absolutely top notch. Nothing is made from cheap parts, the jumper is thick and warm and also the zips are crisppppp
