Managed to contact So Divine regards lost USB charging lead and a very helpful young lady apologised for problem with there email and posted free of charge the replacement. Take back my previous review and can say customer support and products EXCELLENT.

I received everything timely - and it works - great customer service too!
I thought there was a part missing but I had dropped it when opening the package - they immediately offered a replacement.
