I am an occasional Airsoft player and as such I am quite inexperienced and have a lack of knowledge with the guns workings and some equipment. I continue to find the Socom Tactical team to be extremely helpful, informative and patient (with me) whilst they explain and advised me.

I’ve made a few purchases from the shop and used them to upgrade and repair my old metal body AK47, a few times. Again they informed me of my options and estimated costs, with all work done being do within or below budget.

I did once have an issue with a faulty new part but this was corrected without question and at their own expense.

Very happy to continue to rate Socom Tactical highly, totally recommend them.

Socom Tactical have a wide range of parts, accessories and airsoft replicas, they often carry more obscure items that I cannot find elsewhere. I have used them many times, especially for smaller components like connectors, fuses, mosfets as they carry a great variety. Customer service has always been exceptional with processing and posting items promptly so they have arrived the next working day. Socom Tactical do flat rate postage but have provided me with postage credit when my order didn't require the full postage amount; I didn't ask for this and they didn't have to do this, so the fact that they did, was a very nice touch and shows their dedication to looking after their customers. Contact with their customer service on orders when required was positive too; replying promptly and being very helpful to resolve the matter which was an accident beyond their control. I always, and will continue to, recommend Socom to friends into airsoft as I have only ever had positive purchasing experiences with them. The only real downside is that there is a lot of items on the website that seem to be out of stock, however the upgrade to the website has now mean these can be filtered out of searches so it's not that much of an issue. Overall, reasonable prices, excellent customer service and good variety of parts and accessories means I highly recommend purchasing from them with confidennce.

The help these guys gave me on finding a very hard to find part was brilliant, other companies either didn’t bother replying or just replied with a straight ‘no’!

I have been a socom customer for many years now. Their service has always been first class. The shop itself is very welcoming and staff are always happy to help with advice or just a friendly chat for the beginner or more experienced player.
I have purchased pistols, parts and batteries all with no issues. The BB's stocked are excellent quality as is the bottled gas. Their safety equipment has never let me down either. Flash bangs and grenades have never failed either.
All round they are hard to beat in my opinion which is why I have always shopped there and will continue to do so. Don't hesitate to order from them or visit the shop (Covid restrictions permitting) you won't regret it.
