I bought a 3/2/1 leather suite in January 2025 . I use it daily and very occasionally has visitors. It has dipped and I am so disappointed. Upholstery say it's wear and tear. It should last longer than this.

Well Alex and Moira excellent customer service and I was ill but only did look after my purchase till I was out of hospital but arranged and swift delivery and the company the use the boys where excellent I going to place more orders from this company thank you Moira and Alex and the customer service operating team

Went with this company thinking I would have top quality furniture so I didn't mind paying top price. What a disappointment. The leather is so loose I can double it ,the arms, seat and back. The leather furniture I had for over 15 years looked better. They did refer me to they repair company Workright. At first they refuse to send someone out but after a number of emails he did pay a visit and told me there was excess stretch and they would carry out the repair. A few days later the company told me the repair man report said it was normal wear and tear so he lied. Will never buy off them again. Buyers be very careful.

We are so delighted with our italian leather sofa and chair. Fanstatic quality, looks wonderful.
Delivery was as promised within 12 weeks...items carefully packaged.
Staff we spoke with on phone very polite, friendly and professional.

what went wrong .....i ordered my 3 piece suite some 12 weeks ago ,paid my deposit and last week was told my sofa etc would be with us within 2 weeks.Low and behold today got a call to tell me the firm had updated there system an my items havent. been ordered on the new system,an utter farce.So can the CEO of the firm kindly call me to explain what the hell went wrong

The sofas are very well made and they were very easy to work with for flexible delivery dates and delivery was on time.
Only thing is that there was not updates of the status of the sofas until they were ready for delivery, however this delivery time is within the timeline they state for their products, so is fine but if you like updates for a better eta estimation, may not get this.

The sofas were exactly as described on the website, really great quality well protected in bubble wrap and plastic. Very quick delivery, "perfect" and look fab.

Order and delivery excellent, after sales service non existent. Phone calls and emails just ignored

Delivery was prompt. We’ve only just received the couches, but they exceed expectations. They are firm and the tan colour is vibrant. They look relatively hard wearing as well. I can’t say what they’ll be like in 5 years, but we are certainly impressed with now.

Purchased a sofa and chair 5 years ago and was very happy with the product. I have recently purchased a matching footstool. I was contacted by Sofaitalia, and was advised that the leather may not match. Decided to purchase anyway. The footstool was delivered within the agreed timescale and it is perfect. As with the sofa it is 100% the quality leather.

6 months to get a sofa advertised as 10-12 weeks delivery. Some chase emails were ignored, and eventually the company sent us apologies and promised us 'compensation' by way of gesture of goodwill once the sofa was delivered. Never heard from them again after delivery though, not even as much as a 'how is the sofa'. Terrible service.

Brilliant service nothing was to much trouble. Scott was brilliant no pressure sales i would definitely use again and recommend to family and friends

Great product, service and price

Terrible customer service. I am having some issues with my sofa and as I bought extended guarantee call them several times to ask for help on how to use the guarantee. People are not very nice on the phone and promised to call me back several times which never happens.

Ordered Eghostie sofas in March and in June were delivered. First delivery date arranged, they never arrived. On ringing their delivery company I was told they were taken off two days prior to the agreed date. No notification to me, so I sat there all day for nothing. Once they arrived, there was damage at the back of two seater due to transit. Informed Oakworld about this and other minor issues. I asked, as I like the style, could I have them remade as I was not happy with the standard of workmanship. After several weeks they emailed me saying they were sending a technician out to assess same. This happened and was told by the guy that he was an upholstery repairer. He examined the sofas and offered to repair the damage by using a hair dryer. This I declined as I said he was there to assess only. After his visit, I was sent another email saying that I had refused repair. They also stated that I was aware of this initially and even used the email about being assessed, as their proof, which anybody could read as untrue! I feel that they dragged their feet in my situation ….. why would I agree to a repair, if I’d asked for a remake. I finally got in touch with the finance company Novuna, who sorted everything out for me, which I am very thankful for. Last Monday I received my deposit back at last.

Absolutely fantastic sofas and footstool. Beautiful quality leather and solidly made. Only down side was the lack of updates on when it might be ready. Can't fault the sofas though.
