Excellent service
Excellent service from our first visit to the delivery of our new sofas.
Went to the Fittleworth store and was helped by Sam who was patient and understanding of our wish list and gave useful guidance with style and colour before we made our final decision.
Sam gave us a rough timescale for the delivery and updated when the sofas were ready and awaiting delivery.
I was able to change the delivery date easily when I was contacted with a date and got them delivered exactly when I wanted them.
The delivery team of Dave and Shane were excellent and put the sofas in an our room, put the legs on and took off the protective covering and took it away with them. They gave us advice as to keep the cushions in good condition and where friendly, courteous and respectful throughout the delivery.
Great experience and would not hesitate to use Sofas and Stuff again. Thank you

Fourth Delivery from this company. This time was two repaired faulty items which arrived initially on 17th October. Team today comprised Dave , Shane and Lewis on his first day. What a pleasure they were. Thoughtful to send text asking if we were fine to accept delivery at 6:45am. Respected property, very polite helpful manner. Credit to the company indeed.

Absolutely outstanding in every way.
This is the second time we have purchased from Soafs & Stuff in Tunbridge Wells and there is a reason we went back. Simply put, the whole experience was, again, outstanding.
Ashley was fantastic from start to finish, never putting us under any pressure and always welcoming us on our many 'sighting/planning' visits. Her endless patience and help with the fabric choice made a real difference and we ended up with exactly what he hoped for.
There is a great range within the showroom, we never felt we needed to look around or visit other showrooms, as the range we wanted was right there.
As for the choice of fabrics...I challenge anyone who visits the showroom to leave looking for more choice!
We were looking for a large 'L' shaped sofa, and Ashley really helped advise on the appropriate size for our space and even provided mock-up images for us to see it in situ before we committed.
In Summary, from the first visit to delivery (also first class!) we could not fault the service, choice and attitude of all the people in the showroom, they set the benchmark for excellent retail experience.

I recently ordered some carcasonne…
I recently ordered some carcasonne fabric from the wonderfully helpful team at Redbrick. Dominic Wright could not have been more patient as I twice had to alter the delivery details. He was on to it and rang back when he said he would.

We bought our corner sofa from the Bury…
We bought our corner sofa from the Bury St Edmunds store. We visited the shop at least four times and Kelly did an amazing job helping us find the right sofa and the right fabric. What the staff clearly understand is that sofa buying is a process and it takes time to know what you are looking for. A big thank you to Kelly for sharing your knowledge of the high-quality fabrics available to us, and for having incredible patience. We now have an amazing piece of furniture which should stand the test of time.

Sofas & Stuff have been fantastic…
Sofas and Stuff have been fantastic from start to finish.
Their staff in the Tunbridge Wells store (especially Lisa and Martina) gave us so much of their time and advice throughout our several trips in to look at sofas and fabrics. They never seemed to tire of us and were happy to continue the hunt for the perfect material on their own and have new swatches ready for our next visit.
We have just had three sofas delivered. They are as beautiful as we hoped. Martyn and Jake, who delivered and unpacked them, couldn't have been more helpful. They got everything in place, tidied up afterwards, and moved all our existing furniture back to its rightful home. A delightful pair who were a credit to the business.
All in all, although Sofas & Stuff are definitely more pricey than regular high street furniture stores, the quality of the sofas is second to none and I expect them to last for many, many years.

FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE
Sadly we had a couple of issues with our Sofa but I must say without any hesitation the help and support from customer services especially the lovely Hayley was exceptional from the very start.
It is very rare to find Customer Support that goes above and beyond to help solve the problem.

We ordered a sofa from the Leeds showroom. From our first visit Nick and his team were very helpful and provided great advice regarding sofa choices and fabrics. They sent us digital images showing different fabrics on sofas within our room at home. When the sofa was delivered there were a few issues with it, however these were resolved in a courteous, friendly and professional manner by Hayley and her team in Customer Support. We would not hesitate to recommend Sofas and Stuff and will be buying from them again! 😊
