Soft Play 2 You  Avis 14

Ordered soft play with stairs and slide for my little ones 2nd birthday which is this coming weekend. Emailed customer service as only half had been delivered. They did some investigating and found the parcel had been sent to the wrong depot, and were sorting to get it sent to the current one and delivered in time, they even said if they could see it wasn’t going to come in time they would make sure another one was sent to be here in time. It came today and I can’t thank Simon enough who helped via email. Great service.

We bought the play sofa, what a lovely product in navy. Came in time for Christmas and the kids love making dens.
We enquire to make sure it would be delivered in time for Xmas and got a reply within 24 hours stating it was within their cutoff period, so fantastic!

I placed an order and paid £30 for express delivery (within 3 days). The order didn’t arrive within 3 days. I looked on the website for a contact email to discover they do not deliver Saturdays and they were infact closed early the next week and therefore would never have been able to fulfil the express delivery. I emailed asking for the express delivery to be refunded for this very reason. Emails then went back and forth for them to advise they had cancelled my order on my request….I had never asked for my order to be cancelled I asked for a refund of the express delivery. So this company now has my money and I have no product and I have had no reply since yesterday lunchtime. Furious.

Not happy as our order was not what we ordered

I was sent the wrong one at first but it was resolved and the correct one was sent. Did take a while but had it resolved quickly! I was worried about one of the reviews and they mentioned theirs had a fish smell but the one i got didn’t smell at all. I am really pleased with the quality and my daughter loves it!

Excellent customer service and fantastic quality of products.

Have been looking for some soft play for a while and spotted soft play 2 you online and they had exactly what we wanted. We bought the pastel slide and pictures looked nice online but the colour in real life is even better. Parcel came within the time frame stated online. We are very happy and will definitely be ordering again soon.

I ordered a set for my grandson's 1st birthday. The site was easy to use, but despite that I forgot to ask for delivery to his address. No problem, quick response and issue sorted.
It has arrived now and is just right. Really good quality.
I'd definitely recommend this company.

Great quality soft play, large pieces and lovely colours. However, they smell of fish, which is not pleasant. We also got a lovely climbing frame though, which is great for young children (toddler age, probably, at most).

Very similar to the previous review, although did receive the confirmation fairly quick! Not sure it was straight away as I wasn’t taking much notice but was within a couple of hours.
I ordered the up and over set in white and grey for my 8 month old for Christmas.
The items were delivered in 2 big black bags towards the end of the 2 week time frame, with parcel force as the courier. On receiving, I checked it over and there were no issues at all. The Velcro is stitched on well and no issues with any other stitching. All looks well made. He had a quick play on it while I checked it all over and was very excited! Looking forward to Christmas morning now!

I am delighted to be the first person to review this excellent company. I ordered the "Up and over bridge set" in white and grey for my twin boys for Christmas 2021. I didn't receive my order confirmation straight away so contacted the company who replied straight away to apologise and said they would look into why it hadn't been sent but providedme with tracking for my order amd reassurance that it was in its way. My order arrived promptly within the 2 week time frame given. The item itself is superb quality, big pieces, neatly stitched with lovely thick wipeable fabric and looks fab in my lounge in its neutral tones. My twin boys have had a quick play to make sure it was fit for purpose and I've never seen them so excited! Hours and hours of fun to be had! It will be nice for Mummy too as they can burn off all that energy!
