Out of pocket costs ?
Out of pocket costs ?
Two of the 3 recommended were helpful & with good information. My main reason for phoning was a simple enquiry to find the out of pocket cost of installing the most effective solar panels & batteries after the widely advertised rebates are applied. I then found myself suddenly needing 3 quotes to find the answer!

Hi Elizabeth,
Thank you for taking the time to rate and review us.
I've sent you an email directly to follow up on your feedback as providing every customer with a positive experience is our number one goal at solar market.
The cost to install solar will vary for each customer based on several factors, such as the size of the solar system suitable for your home, the quality and availability of components you chose (primarily the panels and inverter), your roof design, what phase power you have, warranties, etc.
Our suppliers are experienced and dedicated to providing accurate quotes to ensure you are able to make an informed decision.
Please take a moment to read and respond to my email so we can get this resolved for you asap.
Kind Regards, Mikyla @ Solar Market.

I found Solar Market very useful. With so many solar companies (not to mention the number of annoying cold calls) it helps to talk to those who are recommended.

Hi Darren,
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review.
It's wonderful to hear that you had a positive experience with SAE Group - that's great news, and exactly what we aim for! On the other hand, we're extremely disappointed to hear that you didn't have the same experience with our other suppliers and we have launched an investigation to see what went wrong.
I've just sent you an email to get a few more details, and would greatly appreciate it if you could take a moment to respond to assist us in resolving this matter for you.
I look forward to hearing from you soon,
Kind regards, Mikyla @ SolarMarket

Solar market provides best option of solar suppliers
Solar market provides best option of suppliers for you, which saves time for costumers trying to search on the internet that leads them to an inappropriate company if they are unlucky. Companies which Solar Market introduced to are really knowledgeable about their business which helps me decide better. They also make a way not to double quote with the companies that I already received a quote from by communicating with me before they provide suitable suppliers to me.

Revised Review due to excellent follow up from the company
EDIT 10 JULY 2024 :
SOLAR MARKET responded to my initial review recently and found somebody who was prepared to let me see the product before purchasing.
So I have given them 5* for following up on my initial review and listening to me and finding a supplier prepared to let me see the systems before installing them.
INITIAL REVIEW December 2023
2 companies contacted me and gave quotes. It seems to be difficult to see the equipment somewhere before buying it. It would be reasonable to expect to see what you are buying before spending several thousand dollars.

Solar Market has helped us found the right company to install our solar system. They were diligent in getting 3 companies (as per our our first request) to call us and offered free-obligation quotes. They kept in touch with us via email if we need more quotes. And yes they have granted our request for more quotes and therefore we were able to do our deep research, studies and made comparisons until down to which company we have chosen for our solar installation.
Thank you Solar Market for your help. We cannot wait to have our Solar System installed

Mixed feelings.First company( SAE ) was fantastic
First company( SAE ) was fantastic. Explained all options and gave very important information about all products and their durability. A wonderful first port of call!
The 2nd company was useful.
Final company (Sunboost ) was frustrating in that there was pressure to book an installation based on the initial contact.Customers need time to reflect and consider offers/ quotes when making important decisions.
