AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!

EVERY customer review on their website and others is NEGATIVE.

SOLVENTUM is a dysfunctional and uncaring company. I have called on my home phone to them several times the past 2 days, 8/27/2026 and 8/28/2026, and found out that not even 1 (one) person contacted bothered to:
A) note on their computer that I called;
B) that a supply order was placed (6 placed in the past 3 weeks);
C) that no order was received by me.

I did find out, that in addition to no employee there inputting data on my account, that NOT EVEN ONE (1) employee ever contacted the Doctor nor the company they work for, who placed 2 orders, nor contacted the Nurse who also placed 2 orders, nor contacted myself that SOLVENTUM encountered a problem so we could fix it for them!

After almost 2 (two) hours on the phone yesterday, I was again LIED TO when they guaranteed me the supplies would be "OVER-NIGHTED".

Every employee there, including the CEO BYRON HANSON, refuses to do their job in a meaningful and responsible manner.

For more than a month, no supplies have come, and so, SOLVENTUM is, in Legal Terms, "DELIBERATELY INDIFFERENT TO KNOWN AND SERIOUS MEDICAL NEEDS".

I would give NO stars if I could! Awful customer service all the way around! They do not care about the patient at all. Every rep I encountered was nasty and would never let me speak to a supervisor. For them to be a healthcare product s distributor, they should be ashamed of themselves.

Awful company to deal with. Pump alarm goes off frequently. Most recent alarm is for the Service Timer that has to be resent or the pump will completely shut down. This was never explained to myself, nor the nursing agency. No one at the nursing agency even heard of this issue. Pump went off after midnight. I called Solventum to have the pump resent and lo & behold, the damn rep can't reset it at this time because he's on CST & I'm on EST. What the hell crap is that!? So I was told to call back in approx 1/2 hour. Now the damn pump is ringing again as I wait for that 1/2 hour. Never ceases that pump always goes off after midnight. Just a horrible company to deal with!

Beware of this company. I was admitted to Blake Hca hospital in Bradenton Florida. Solventum has tried to bill me, my health insurance company and continues to send bills for services and equipment I did not receive. This company is a company affiliated or owned by 3M, am global company across the world. This company as clearly a bunch of thieves.
