My customer experience started long before I even set foot in the shop. I made a phone enquiry and gun I was looking to purchase was out of stock so I was asked to e-mail my request and they would inform me when the Items were in stock. I have had this before only to be forgotten but the guys at Solware did exactly what it says on the tin and as soon as the item was in stock I got an e-mail advising me so. They also advised that the price had gone up but discounted the gun at the old price. When I got to the shop I was shown the gun and given several tips. I also bough an Elements 4-16 x44 scope (you can just feel the quality) because it was discounted heavily to make way for the newer model so I couldn't pass it up. Moderator and a quality soft case to carry it all home. They set up the scope and zero'd it on their dinky little indoor range so tomorrow I can get straight into familiarising myself with the gun . It is a 2 hour drive from my home to Solware's shop but it was absolutely worth it. I would not hesitate to recommend this company and I will be going back for more goodies as soon as I have replenished the coffers.

Fast service and in stock
Fast service, had what I wanted in stock. JSB shorts are advertised on lots of sites as being in stock. You order them and then they tell you they aren't in stock. This is not the case with Solware. My items were delivered very quickly as well.

Exceptional customer service
Exceptional customer service on my first visit to the store. I came to collect an air pistol I saw on line, plus pick up some accessories. At no point did I feel pressured and they in fact saved me money with their advice.
They are very quick in their response to emails and their post sales support is very good indeed.
