Sony has a lot of products

Sony has a lot of products, and not all of them are great. Their phones are not so good, but TVs, consoles, headphones - great, I have all of them and when the time will come to buy a new TV or headphones - I'll search for Sony's product first.

Sony LED tv XBR75X...

Purchased a Sony LED tv model # XBR75X957G in March 2020. By October 2021, started noticing bubbles forming along top and sides at the bezel. This was screen de-lamination and clearly a manufacturing defect. Called Sony for warranty coverage and they claimed that warranty was for 12 months so they would do nothing. A quick google search and found that many Sony tv's suffer from same issue. Clearly defective but Sony would do nothing.

They used to be the best...now might as well just buy a cheap set from China that is 90% as good for 30% the price! Gone are the glory days of Sony....they build junk just like the others so save your money and buy a cheaper brand! They could NOT CARE LESS about their customers.....

Sony Top Bedrijf mensen worden zeer blij van sony produckten er moet best voor betaald worden maar dan heb je ook goede audio en video maak iedere dag met veel plezier gebruik van de Sony ES lijn geweldige audio kwaliteit Sony voor mij 5 Sterren waardering 👍

Subcontracted call center, horrible experience

Sony Bravia tv computer board has failed. The replacement board is no longer in production. I was routed to a call center that is contracted by Sony to handle calls. Spoke to 2 people there who told me there is no management available to assist and they read me rules from their rule book. No attempt was made to try to keep me as a customer, or try to assist me in any way at all. I was told after 1 year a consumer is on their own and needs to buy a new TV if a service repair center can’t repair it. Sony also does not have any authorized service centers in the state of Illinois. At this point I have received better service at the DMV. It’s a shame that a large corporation such as Sony does not care about its consumers like it used to in previous years.

It's the best TV I've ever bought.

Google TV is easy to navigate and has great picture quality. This Sony BRAVIA XR Series A80J has an outstanding OLED display that is HDR10, HLG, and Dolby Vision compatible, which offers a wide color gamut.

Sony rubbish customer service

I bought a Sony A9OJ 65 inch TV not a cheap item, i merely asked where i could buy a second remote? i did actually say two should be provided.
However i thought such a large global Co would provide Bonafide customers with a remote at a fair price. i wrote to the current CEO = no reply.
just had a reply from a customer service rep.
who obviously just sends the same unhelpful pap out.
the customer service is abysmal, i got the same reply back = a link to a resellers co , meaning only a reseller could buy from them???
What is the point ? very large Co's lose the fact that it is their customer base which keeps them there.
I can buy a TV from other Co's and based on the rubbish service i would do so in future.

paid £42.50 for a second remote, i also wrote into the Sony CEO = no reply . Sony are Japanese = I thought the Japanese valued etiquette ?? obviously not.
really useless customer service.

I feel very disappointed with the…

I feel very disappointed with the performance of the latest products of Sony. I have been a loyal customer of Sony my entire life, for its reliability and product quality. But nowadays, quality has decreased significantly. I got my tv sony Bravia damaged with only 3 years of use (motherboard overloaded). In addition, finding technical support was very difficult.

Ik gebruik al jaren producten van Sony. Over het algemeen is hun kwaliteit goed, goed gemaakt en grondig ontworpen. Ik waardeer vooral hun geluid de beeldverdeling. Zal ze altijd aanbevelen boven andere merken als het erop aankomt.

This launch has been terrible, how bad planning did you guys have to release a limited amount of units and worst of all not communicate to your fans about this issue. Have been with sony since the ps1. this is very disappointing...

Terrible handling of a launch

Terrible handling of a launch. Should have delayed rather than push on with no stock. Have decided to buy an XBOX instead.. 20 years of being a PlayStation fan gone.. Price of PS plus is terrible just to play with my mates.. used to love Sony.. no more.

Shambles …

Never before have we waited this long for the next gen console , I understand global issues regarding the pandemic but wouldn’t that have been the time for Sony to ramp up production but no and to top it off no communication from the tech giant oh and let us not forget the bots and scalpers, let down and disappointment but Sony you could keep us informed!!!!

Still no pS5 stock in UK. And still Sony saying nothing. When you going to wake up, grow a pair and admit your PS5 launch in the UK has been a disaster.

Bad support

JUST AWFUL. I bought the brand new wh1000xm4 and they are great. But the problem I have with Sony ist, that the software for the headphones works bad and has a lot of issues like it doesn't recognize if it's connected. The second and most awful problem is their support. I asked about some software things like toggling ANC and ambient sound. But all I got were damn links. I contact them to get personal support and NOT LINKS TO THEIR WEBSITE WHICH I ALREADY VISITED TO ASK THEM. And after a second time asking I got the same answer. ARE U KIDDING ME I WANT SUPPORT AND NO BOTS. After answering and asking I got an unique answer BUT IT DIDNT ANSWER MY QUESTIONS.
