Purchased a product. The invoice showed the correct address. The postal service said they couldn't deliver and returned it. The company won't refund, won't send a new one, and won't say what was wrong with the label or the delivery attempt.
I purchased a product, I did not receive the product, they won't correct that. They're thieves.
Was searching for replacement bezel and back cover for my son’s laptop. Found them, added to cart, came to $92 including tax. It makes you pay with PayPal. So I click through to PayPal and way up at the top it says $528! I click on it and it’s a totally different part I’m supposed to be paying for. Uh, no. So I go back to the website, it cleared my cart. Re-add the parts and now the $47 part is $110! And there is only one in the cart, it has now changed the per part price! Will NOT be purchasing from them.
I orderd a part from them, a 40 pin lcd cable for my laptop :) i was looking around alot to see how i could get one, i contacted them and they showed me they had some in stock. on theire webside it says 40 pin lcd cable, when i recived the part it was a 30 pin cable. since i work as a fisherman, i could not check the packet before i got home from work, around 2 months:) the seller claims that i dont have warrenty claim left after 30 days, and he has also blocked my account from his webside.
I contacted the seller about this, but he did not care to help or anything, he claims that they sent the correct part, something they did not. i gave him plenty of proof, but the seller do not care.
So if anyone is wondering if they should buy from this webside, i would stay away.
