Bought a Brompton bike at South Downs Bike online page. Got cancelled the order without any notice or explanation to me. I found it until I checked the credit card balance.

Ordered a bike cover on line told it was in stock only when I arrived to collect was told it was not in stock and offered a complete refund which I am still waiting for over a week to receive.not happy at all very sloppy customer relations.

Reviewing the Broadwater branch - they are simply amazing. They have sorted me out a number of times with servicing and wider queries. I also had a mechanical on a bank holiday ahead of a ride I really wanted to do - they solved it same day for me - AMAZING!! They know their stuff! Great servicing, great advice!
