This is the second time i have booked with Sovereign now and the experience of the actual trip and the lady who booked the holiday, Karen was both very knowledgable about the resort, and hotel group. We are visiting Ikos hotels for the second time, different location but i cannot rate Sovereign or the hotel group highly enough.

Great people to deal with, hampered on this occasion by systems letting them down. Booked online, paid deposit but system glitched. Spoke to an adviser who was great and sorted it all out for me. I'm not sure if I was just unlucky or my experience was something systemic, but none the less cant really complain.
