The whole experience at Stirchley branch was exemplary, we had a very detailed explanation of everything from store layout to payments and unit sizes so we knew which size unit would suit us best and if we were to change our minds to a different size after contracts that was no bother either. Contracts, payments and help with removals all went smoothly , a special shout out to Holly at Stirchley branch for going above and beyond to help make the whole process go so well.

I had outstanding experience at SS Brentford. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine friendliness, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish.

A special mention goes to Tushar, whose customer service is truly exceptional. He took the time to listen carefully to my concerns before I committed to a unit, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood all my options. He consistently went the extra mile to ensure I felt confident and supported throughout the process. It’s rare to meet someone so attentive, patient, and committed to helping customers, and I’m genuinely grateful for his help.

The contract signing and system were incredibly straightforward, no hassle, no confusion. Everything was laid out clearly, and the process felt simple and efficient.

Communication is not great. Try to phone my local branch and I get through to every office apart my local branch. Constant price hikes throughout my time with them. Staff always out the office smoking hence why they can never answer the phone.
Nor very professional that you comment on my account issues in responding to my review. Still wouldn’t recommend to anyone hence why I left

I dealt with Chris who was very pleasant and made everything very easy to understand. He gave me good advice, would definitely recommend. The big bonus was free collection of storage items, the chaps turned up on time and even loaded the unit for me.

I had my furniture at the stirchley branch for 8 months from March to September I can not fault the hole process from transport moving me from my sold property into storage as part of the deal moving into storage was free the same removal company moved me into my new property with little notice the cost was great as it wasn’t local the guys are fantastic at there job couldn’t fault the hole process of moving thank you again to stirchley space station for a safe easy process highly recommend both company’s

Clean, very secure, well lit and units easily accessible

Great experience from start to finish, so helpful nothing is too much trouble to help with or answer, the unit is immaculate and so easy to use e.g gaining access etc and the icing on the cake for me was the free removal service to the lock up if staying for over 2 months with them what a way to take away the stress with everything else to deal with , Would highly recommend this company 5 stars aren't enough 👌👌👌👌

Space Sation arranged for a removal company to move my belongings to their storage unit, the removal team arrived about 10 minutes before me. I went in to see the duty manager, and without asking a single question was told i was in for a long wait as he had potential clients to show around. My interaction would've taken 15 seconds at most.
