Only giving 1Star because 0 not an option.I ordered a part for a kettle a month ago now and still waiting.Think I’m beginning to realise all the other reviews of 1 star are for a good reason. Asked for a tracking number and got 2 different ones and neither of them were correct.Didn’t even say who’s delivering it.They said it was out of stock at first.Pretty sure I’m on wild goose chase now and I will never receive my order and they have no interest in resolving it.

Do not buy from here. Reported faulty product only to be fobbed off. Poor quality compared to products from reputable suppliers. Dyson replacement parts do not last. Wrote to advise Dyson hoover part had eventually stopped working, to then be told buy another as warranty is for 6 months only.
Will never buy from here again.

I wrote to Spares2go about a bolt they had for a lawnmower so I asked them if it would fit a lawnmower blade (which I bought separately from Amazon) to fit the blade to my Einhell GE CM/33 lawnmower. It took them 5 days to reply and they replied with a copy of my bill. I told them they hadn't answered my question at all and feel totally disregarded by them. They eventually wrote back saying they don't have time to answer customer queries. So If your reading this you'd better look elsewhere as they don't give a monkeys about customers or customer relations. The star I've given is just to get this review published, and I've reported them to Amazon as a bogus company.

I used this company as it had an umbrella company "Dualit2go" which I assumed would be the best supplier for repairing a Dualit device. They charged me 10X the price of a cheap generic switch. I find this practice outrageous and very misleading, hence I wouldn't bother with them again. The one star is for the quality of the packaging.

Unable to get any reply from this company. Ordered and paid for a part on 18/08/24. Sent follow up email on 05/09/24 and still nothing. I am not confident that I will receive the part.
UPDATE: Received the part 14/09 after raising a dispute with the bank. Shame it took this to get any reply from them. Would be helpful if they kept you updated.

On the 13/08/24/I ordered a replacement freezer flap door and paid for it
Here we are on the 4/09/24 and despite several emails to find out where the order had gone to, I yet to receive a reply
If there was a problem I would expect an email explaining what was the issue, but no reply has been received

The oven shelf was of high quality, fitted perfectly and with rapid delivery. Beware of copy cat sites on Ebay.

Found this great company when I was on a desperate search to find a part for a discontinued Dualit product (mini food processed). Miraculously they were able to source the part and get it to me which means I can keep using a much loved appliance which would have ended up in landfill otherwise. Undertsandibly getting hold of a part that is no longer manufactured required a bit of patience and they kept me well informed of any progress.

I ordered a filter for my vac on 3rd April from Amazon. It said it was going to be delivered by 8pm on the 6th. I waited in and nothing came. Then I received an update saying it was now arriving on the 10th, which is a Tuesday. Looks like they don't deliver on a Monday or Tuesday.

Ordered pump for a washing machine Monday afternoon, part arrived Tuesday morning, perfect fit, and well packed. What more could you ask?

Bought a replacement part for a 37 years Braun food processor that my son in law accidentally destroyed during Xmas. Was delighted when it arrived today, as I love this machine, was worried would need to buy a new one! It took a little bit longer but it finally arrived!

This is the first time Iv`e ordered from Spares2go and I cannot fault the service. I ordered a part for my shower which I ordered on Thursday, although I paid for the two day delivery service I didnt really expect the part to arrive on Saturday (which it did). the price was competitive the part was correct and the delivery was great. Well done Spares2Go, I will look on your website first when I need a replacement part. Thank You. Keep up the good service.

I have been dealing with this company for a fair few years , getting replacement bulbs for my fridge/freezer, their service is first class and they communicate with you all the way through in a polite and professional manner that in this day and age is the exception to the norm. I would highly recommend them as opposed to the other one who are spares2go.com [they are awful]

Will definitely recommend. I bought Dyson filters at half the cost. They arrived the next day and are doing their job perfectly.

First class service! Ordered a cooker element on Friday and received it the next day. Very impressed with the quality and dispatch speed had our cooker up and running again in no time. Thank you all very much. Will be recommending you yo others and use you again in the future.

I had doubts after seeing some reviews here but the item I needed was only £11 delivered - so I took a chance and everything worked out fine. Shipment went out next day with Royal Mail tracking and the part itself was perfect.

researched part needed for Dyson machine but it definitely does not fit my vacuum cleaner. Please refund my money immediately

Accidentally ordered an item on a Sunday from spares-2-go.com and tried to immediately cancel. No way of doing that on the website so emailed immediately (email sent within two minutes of receiving the confirmation email). On Monday, received emails telling my my order had been dispatched. Customer Service team claims they didn’t receive my cancellation email, yet have received all my other emails. Very poor all round.

Ordered £79 replacement battery for cordless hoover from this company on Amazon. Battery lasted for 10 mins before draining out. Failed to recharge up.
Returned item (paid for postage from my own pocket) and went on 10 days holiday. Came back to find refund hasnt been paid!!!

Checked company info on Google reviews and was shocked by customer experiences. How AMAZON allows them to trade on their platform is beyond unbelievable.

Steer clear of them!!!
