I needed a spare electric box and cable for my Karcher pressure washer but it was difficult to identify the exact part so the customer support person, Eve, was very helpful identifying the correct part number. She ordered it in to stock and notified me when it was available for me to order. I received the part in two days, fitted it, and I now have a fully functional pressure washer. The price was good, the service was excellent and I’m glad I was able to repair the machine for £70 instead of spending £500 on a new one. Not forgetting the sustainability aspect of course.

Won't be using again.
Part ordered looked very similar but didnt fit my karcher. Damaged it trying to make it fit, was offered store credit but wouldn't use them again so what good is store credit.
Parts seem like they are poor quality and customer service wasnt much better.
If I had been offered even a partial refund I would of rated them higher.
*Just to confirm the only reason that part broke, was because it didn't fit properly in the first place. I spent £50 with you and was asking for a partial refund of £13 on the one part that didn't fit.
If you think that sounds unreasonable then that says alot about the ethics of your company.
Try to support a local business rather then going on ebay or amazon and that's what you get.
*I'm just posting my experience.
The reply of the emails was never an issue for me. The times were perfectly reasonable but they definatly weren't with in 20mins. So Im not sure why you have mentioned that?

Sorry to hear this.
I have personally read all emails between you and Eve and I can see Eve has replied to all of your emails to the best of her ability.
As you had broken the new part we sent you and you admitted this technically we do not have to refund anything but as a goodwill gesture we offered to refund 50% via store credit we feel this is very reasonable as you had broken the part trying to fit it without speaking to us first for assistance.
I do feel this review is very unreasonable you demanded that we refund you £13 for an item that you broke?
You then take to trustpilot to say we are a terrible company and our customer service was not up to scratch to confirm I can see an email trail 8 emails long regarding this!
We have emailed back with an average of 20mins between tickets, that's almost like a live chat and you will not that speed of replies from many companies these days.
I am sorry you feel this way but you must see it form our side we supply a new genuine Karcher part you break it then demand a refund in cash! I'm sorry that we cannot provide this refund as it was a goodwill gesture that you push back to us.

Very good purchasing experience, poor returns experience.
Very good purchasing experience. Easy with quick delivery and reasonable prices. Products were of good quality, as well.
Took one star off the rating because the returns policy seems to be designed for aversion. It's not a very simple process. That should be improved. Things like that make people want to avoid not only returning items, but also returning to you for their next purchase.
Still. If you know what you're buying and it all works out, you'll have a great time.

Thank you for your review I would like to know a little more about the returns please so we can look at improving this as we definitely don't want to make it hard for our customers to return the item.
At the moment we have a link for returns that takes you to a form you can print out to return the item back with?
So not sure if you have found some other way that does not flow or work.
I did try to reach out but no reply back.
