It was a very easy booking experience, there is so much information about each Spa and to be able to book live makes it so much easier than going to loads of websites also the price appears to be the same as the Spas own prices. Excellent stuff

I was having problems making a booking because I had different types of vouchers. The lady who dealt with me (I should have got her name) went above and beyond and sorted it out for. I can now relax and look forward to a lovely spa day.

Haven't had the spa experience yet, but the booking has been straightforward. I also needed to reschedule due to a family crisis at fairly short notice. And they made this simple. I called back as soon as I was ready to reschedule, and they sorted it for me in minutes. Would use again.

It's calming from the moment you go in to reception. The staff are lovely. The spa is music-free!!! wonderful. The spa facilities are great and if I could, I would go there every week. Definately recommend it.

The booking was very efficient, A member of staff called after making an online booking to confirm all details.

Very easy booking and quick response to emails

I booked a Spa day for my daughters birthday. The treatments were fantastic from the two ladies however the blonde lady on reception was very rude. I had arranged for 3 of my daughters friends to meet us in the Spa after we had our treatments. I had emailed twice to let them know and also mentioned it on the day we arrived. They arrived and the lady on reception was incredibly rude and said we have no confirmation. The girls said I had emailed and she said they would have to wait until I came out of the treatments. She then agreed to let them in but wouldn’t provide any towels for them

After paying over £200 between everyone this was an awful experience

Discusting service. Dont waste your money go straight through the spa where the customer care is impeccable. They sold me a voucher for £70 that isn't on for most of the year and when it was available it was in the hight of the season and being in cornwall the locals dont get a look in with availability. By the time it was available the following year my voucher was out of date by ONE day. On the run up to it expiring id been in hospital for the best part of the month. So the rude unprofessional unsympathetic Alicia (the one they clearly hired to get rid of customers once theyd robbed their money) offered me to pay extra to extend it or loose it. I was stupidly going to pay extra because I didnt want to loose my £70 but because it didnt work Saturday it didnt pick my email up till monday taking me over the extension deadline AGAIN by ONE day.! Didnt care, snotty emails, no customer empathy just basically 'NEXT'. dont waste your money. Go straight through the spa you have chosen its hardly any different in price and you get a package that is available and caring friendly professional staff who are customer focused and happy to help. If I could give less than one star to these dodgy money making rats I would.
