Most people complain about BAD service these days but I would like to say SP ENERGY came to replace 2 poles that carry the electricity supply to my home in North Wales and changed the main fuse in my house.

These men worked hard all day without a break, they were WONDERFUL, all were polite, helpful, clean and a pleasure to have around.

Can not fault the service everything was taken care of from organising generator for us to leaving the area clean and apart from a little saw dust nothing left for us to clean. Paid these guys thousands of pounds to upgrade our energy supply. Everything started OK until about a month ago when the account manager Alison Gregory just stopped answering emails. We tried to ring her direct landline no answer. We tried the mobile no answer and no reply to our messages. We even tried texting her, nothing. We then tried another contact who did the same. We have since tried the original engineer who contacted them yet still no reply. We contacted him again and he said he would escalate it. Still no reply. So far we have paid over £3000 and it looks like they think they can take the money and not do the work. We will be contacting solicitors to reclaim our money. So if you're thinking of paying this company for any work. Please don't because they'll take the money and ignore you. G.F Buytshirtsonline.

O'Connor Utilities attended our property after we contacted S P Energy regarding tree branches near the power lines. They were very good, with prompt visits for assessment and actual pruning. Despite the awful weather the the 2 lads did a first class job, and left no mess. Very pleased with the whole matter.

On the occasions we have had cuts, or problems, and have called SP Energy's emergency line, we have been dealt with efficiently and have always been kept informed of progress. Excellent service

I reported a power cut on 14/09/18 . As there was no recorded message I was very quickly connected to a polite , friendly and helpful agent . The fault , caused by others digging up road , was fixed in a few hours . Another friendly agent ( Susan I think ) called back in the evening to make sure all was well . Well done .

Absolutely delightful customer care from Stacey, Adam and the rest of the SP Energy Networks team that I spoke to.

Their website is easy to understand, and during the 3 calls I made to them, I got through immediately. I was pleased to deal with such a professional, knowledgeable, and courteous bunch - and I must say I was very surprised at how great this team are - Utility companies tend to be pretty difficult to deal with, but SP Energy Networks are truly bucking that trend. They are just amazing!

I had a complex issue with my septic tank, and needed to dig close to an electricity pylon. Stacey and Adam made this all very easy to deal with, and quickly arranged a site visit. This is important stuff, as dealing with electricity is very dangerous, and getting expert guidance from the SP team has been an important part of remedying the situation with the tank.
