No notification of delivery time
No notification of delivery time. Twice. Only got confirmation of dispatch after I wrote to threaten to cancel payment.
I cant do 1-800 outside of USA. My daughter cant speak. The problem was your service person put Spinlife email in the User field. No apology. Support hung up as soon as they admitted that. Audit your process. I'm not here to solve the problem I already spent too many hours trying to sort the situation. We have the chair now. End of story.

Two stars because sale person lied to…
Two stars because sale person lied to me. I was told scooter is in stock. It will ship within two days of receiving money. I wired money on 8/19. Therefore you got it on 8/20. I did check my account, you got the money!! Supposedly scooter is shipping 8/28. Despite my limited education, I am confidant it has been more then two days!!! I am a little hesitant on submitting this review one day before shipping. Will you ship on 28th??? Will you retaliate against me by canceling order or ship sometime in September? At this point I still want the scooter but if you cancel order just let me know, I do make frequent trips to KC & Wichita area.

Spin life is a wonderful company
Spin life is a wonderful company. This is my 2nd scooter purchase for my Mother and they the best customer service. I never have to worry about getting the support we need, either me or my mother that has called. They have always gone above and beyond to make sure our needs have been met and questions are answered.

I used SpinLife for my first scooter more than 10 years ago the service was great. I wanted a new scooter so I went back to Spin life couldn’t find a Revo 2.0. It all started with the Great lady leading me to the people to help me. Service was very professional lots of patience caring. All I have to say is I would recommend this company to everyone
