The salesperson, Geoffrey, was great. Explained everything to help us decide on getting a stairlift. We are active but some of our friends and family aren’t. Knee problems, back problems, etc. We have lots of stairs outside,going up to our front door and from the garage up to the first floor inside the house. We are in our 70s so we are just being proactive.

We decided to go with Lifeway Mobility based on their good reviews. We put the stair lift in on the stairs that run from the garage up to the first floor so they are inside the house. Jonathan came out and installed it. So far, we have been very happy with the company’s representatives. This post is right after they installed it so we haven’t used it a lot, but I think we’re gonna be very happy that we did it before we actually needed it for ourselves.

From the moment I called and talked with Justin until the installation by Keegan. They were absolutely fantastic to work with. Justin worked so hard to get me the ramp I could afford and was in constant contact. I highly recommend this company for anyone looking for ramps, stair lifts etc.

I recently purchased a wheelchair ramp and had a really positive experience, largely thanks to Darien. From the start, he was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely attentive to my needs. He answered all my questions clearly and never made me feel rushed or pressured.

The installation process for the wheelchair ramp was smooth and well-organized from start to finish. Tyson was prepared, and clearly knew what he was doing. He handled everything efficiently while still paying attention to detail, making sure the ramp was secured and leveled.

I had a signed contract and had put a deposit down for grab bars to be installed in my home prior to coming home from a hospital stay. Unfortunately, the job was cancelled shortly before I was to come home because it was determined that it was too small of a job. This left me at quite a disadvantage as I would have been coming home with no assistance devices. The sales rep knew what the job was at the time I signed a contract and put money down. This was a disappointing experience .

When I called for service, Lifeway scheduled an appointment for the next business day for a technician to come diagnose a problem with a Bruno stair chair. Their confirmation included a picture of the technician along with his name. Ivan arrived within 30 minutes of the start of the two-hour window and within 30 minutes diagnosed the problem that would require his return the next day with the parts and an additional technician to fix the problem. The next day, 04/14/26, Ivan and Eric arrived as scheduled and within 30 minutes had made the repairs. I am completely satisfied with Lifeway's service, will use them in the future and would recommend them to others.
