Stairlift Purchase and Installation
Drew Rapp installed our stairlift today. He was very professional, efficient, thorough, and courteous. Michael Johnson was our Sales Representative, and he has been responsive and informative. We’ve had a very good experience with Lifeway Mobility.

Great customer service - Jeremiah was excellent
Jeremiah was great. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and fixed it. He also checked the entire unit and rails, made sure everything was fully operational, cleaned, checked tightness of all screws and even grease the components. He was fast, friendly, explained everything he was doing and left the area spotless.
