Delivery is not working.

Sportcheck have sent me package with Purolator. Purolator is lying that they attempted delivery and requests me to pickup the package. Katy at sportcheck said they can do nothing about it.

Trying to use the website, it's completely useless. I can look at shoes, but there's no option to select sizes and order. Called the store, was asked to give the information the site was not showing me (???), click- moving on.

Just spent a little under $400 on clothes in Sportchek Abbotsford. I was asked if I wanted to buy a bag for $2.00? Um no, just spent a lot of money and now you want me to pay you to advertise your store!

My first experience with Sportcheck has left me utterly disappointed. I placed an order which was supposed to include two items. However, one of the items was inexplicably cancelled without any prior notification, leaving me frustrated and inconvenienced.

To make matters worse, the remaining item was promised to be delivered by April 3rd. It is now April 9th, and I have yet to receive it. This delay has caused significant inconvenience, especially considering my upcoming travel plans.

I had high hopes for my first order with Sportcheck, but unfortunately, it has been a complete letdown. The lack of communication and failure to deliver as promised reflect poorly on the company's reliability and customer service.

I urge others to beware and think twice before placing an order with Sportcheck. My experience has been nothing short of disappointing, and I hope the company takes steps to improve its service in the future.

Ordered a jacket 9th January still hasn't arrived contacted them 3 times and heard nothing not happy wudnt recommend

Went to the Coquitlam Sport Chek to look at rollerblades for our granddaughter recently. They were a bit on the pricey side so we mentioned to her that we may not be able to get them for her which made her sad and she started to cry. An employee working in the sporting goods section (can't remember his name) came around the corner and saw how upset she was. He was super nice and friendly and said he would help by offering a discount on the skates. He literally made our granddaughters wish come true and was so nice throughout the interaction. This is hands down, the best customer service I've seen in a very long time. The fellow was working at the store on February 18th around 12:30, and he needs to be recognized for his ability to turn the situation around and have customers leave the store feeling really good about the purchase. The cashier was also very nice and gave our granddaughters a couple small squishy balls at no cost which capped the experience perfectly. I highly recommend the Coquitlam Mall Sport Chek!

A delivery service called T Force put my package at the bottom of my driveway hanging out of the mailbox! This was stolen, of course, this can't be seen by any house (live rural)! CS Sportcheck said, "Sorry, call the police, it was delivered." It happened twice by the same driver.

walked into Sportchek Ajax a week ago found a winter coat it was on sale, I walked up to the cashier, and paid for it took all of 10 minutes. The cashier was friendly even offering additional discounts like for friends and family or something like that, she handed me a Canadian tire card with points as an extra, tossed the jacket on the table (no bag) and wished me well. No mention of final sale or anything else of importance. I'm walking to my car with my kids she runs outside and hands me a receipt she forgot to give me. I toss it in the car (again no mention of a final sale on sale items). Yesterday, I try on the jacket it's too large (tags are still on it brand new unworn). I go back to the store today (6 days after buying) to try and get a same exact jacket smaller size. Cashier tells me too bad so sad final sale!. She calls the manager by phone (he doesn't bother coming over) and he supports no exchange no refunds. BUT I was NEVER told final sale?? Never! OTHERWISE, I would have triple-checked everything like fitment of course! So I walk out of the store stuck with a jacket that's too big and useless to me. It had been years since I walked into a sportchek having bought all my kids and my coats from sporting life and with this experience I will never walk into a Sportchek again in my life. Sportchek is dead to me.

I ordered a bike trainer online which never arrived, because of some mess up with their delivery service. (Apparently, this is a common occurrence) The package was sent back to a Sport Chek warehouse, where they won't attempt to try and send it out again, but instead, issue a refund that could take up to 30 days. They will take your money right away, but then take their time to refund you when they mess up. They lack basic customer service.

COSTOMER SERVICE. Were did it go in most stores in my area, but in Sort Check Alliston my wife and I were really royally looked after, by Beth and her great staff were very helpful, but the main thing they listened to there customers, needs.
What I really liked was that you could tell that everyone in the store enjoyed working there. I think the reason why, was Beth.

I ordered a pair of athletic shoes from Sportcheck online. Three weeks later with no delivery, I phoned the customer service. In summary, after 1.5hrs on the phone giving out details to three agents, all call were cutoff after being put on hold.
The fourth time, the agent said that the package labeling was not done correctly and the delivery will not be completed.
Refunds will only occur if the package is returned to the warehouse within 30 days, which is not up to me.
Totally atrocious customer service with no guarantee of refund.

This was simple request on a busy afternoon Sept 9 2023., It was my idea to go to Sport Chek to buy some Clubs for an Old friend., who had her clubs stolen in BC., I found Sports-Chek to have a Sale on an adult female set at $550 reduced to $337., The wait on the phone was annoying but when my call was connected the manager at South Commons, (They were sold out) at that Store., but Amova (Male Manager (Sports) went out of his way to find me a set in (Leduc)., And now its in my back seat very happy and great customer Service 2nd to none..Edmonton Golfer(Ron) Powerbilt Women's TPX LS Complete Golf Set, Graphit now belong to Ron for a friend

We went to sportchek Taunton branch, Whitby for the first time and was highly disappointed with the cashier and sales advisor. They took all my personal information including salary and Ontario id on account of giving me 15 percent discount after applying triangle card but after I wasting my 20 min and sharing all the information they said ur card is not approved and when you will get approval u can come back and return the item and avail this 15% discount. This is really disappointing. Cashier was not aware about anything and though she also felt bad on wasting my time they didn’t even apologize once. And simple said come next time. Will never ever visit this branch again. Highly unprofessional staff.

Ordered a gym bag online. Received it with the security tag still on it. Thanks for the lack of due diligence! Gym bag is decent quality—only reason for 2 stars.

I recently went to sport check to sharpen my expensive figure skates that I use for professional skating. The guy was very rude to me and took over an hour to sharpen them. When I picked them up, I noticed scratches all over and a type of oil on the boot itself. I decided to bring them in to a professional figure skating store and they told me that the blade was completely ruined and skate stores would not accept them cause the tail was completely rounded. Those skates were new and I got them about a week before. The rounded tail unbalanced the skate. If you have figure skates, do not trust them with your skates. Good day.

Placed an online order for pickup. The item was returned in less and 5 business days without any notification r consent, and the store staff said i will get a full refund when the process is finished. I dont understand how you can return an item without any notification or consent, and now im here without my money, item is completely gone and your staff with their "sorry, theres nothing we can do for you" Never shopping here again

Bought new ski boots and skiis, amazing customer service from Peyton, at the Halifax Shopping Centre.

I got boots and helmet from here,
the box for the helmet wasn't in good condition but the product was fine, the boot were perfect as describtion , can't wait to try them !!!

Hi All Sneaker Heads,

If you're buying sneakers from sportchek.ca (Canadian Tire Company) in Canada be aware they are selling open box, factory seconds and the old switcharooni.

1. First time bought shoes. 3 months later relized one was a 10.5 and one was a 11. (Should of stopped here.)
2. 2nd time buying shoes show up with one laced, marked and clearly a floor demo. Missing one lace. Call customer support and said they would send me a shoe lace.
3. 2 days later a case manager said they cannot ship shoe laces so my only option was to repack, print a label go to the post office and return item. Or relace them myself, They do have custom laces.
4. The shoes didn't look like the picture, missing the ankle cushion piece. Factory second?

Just a heads up. I am sick of companies pulling the wish.com model. I will not spend 2 hours of my life returning something that they messed up on.

I will never again shop at crappy tire or sport chek again in my life.

It is no shock to me everyone else is choosing Amazon to shop nowadays. I tried supporting a different store and I deeply regret. As people have already mentioned, you can't cancel orders they have not shipped yet. Their customer service is horrendous. To reduce costs they ship products using horrible cheap couriers, like purolator, and to top it all up they send wrong products. I can tell it is a poorly managed company, not customer oriented. Lots to learn from amazon. I will not be surprised if this company goes out of business in the future.
