I ordered a Nikko sterling Mountmaster Ao 3-9x40 Scope Half Mil Dot, INV No 230511701990003 from Sportsman Guns on the 17th May 2023, It arrived next day very well packaged. I have had two other scopes from them plus parts for FX guns. I can't fault them. There tech department are also very helpful when problems arise. This was my first time using Sportsman Gun Centre and as with any purchase using a new supplier there was a bit of apprehension. Rest assured it was easy using the web site and the clothing was a perfect fit at a great price. If I had to be really critical the tracking information wasn't quite there. (More the courier's issue really) I was regularly checking to let my son know to keep a look out, and then I get a message to say it was delivered, not a big issue though. All in all I was pleased with the transaction and will use again.

Visited last autumn for first time to see this handsomely stocked gun centre. Met Tom who professionally and enthusiastically guided me through the appropriate shotguns helping greatly with my gun selection and overall decision . Once my PC arrived I was back to the unit to pick up my purchase. Nothing was too much trouble and Tom helped me again with fielding my several queries and questions. His answers always based on his high technical know how and extensive experience , which he shares eagerly. I felt throughout it was excellent customer service and advice whatever the topic or personal needs of the visitor. A highly recommendable company.

I was looking online to see if my order was shipped a few days after placing the order and nothing appeared on the website. I called customer support and the gentleman was brilliant saying that the website has changed and new orders are not showing straight away. He let me know my order was already processed, shipped and should be with me tomorrow afternoon. Can’t ask for much else.
