One of the strings going out of the hoodie was broken and slit up open on arrival so the hoodie looked a bit funky..

Very poor service and unhappy with mugs appearance
Mugs sent out to me from Germany with logo design very small and illegible on them.
Despite me querying if this would be the case from the mock up.
I now have to go to the trouble of returning these or sell mugs of inferior quality to people for my charity. Very disappointed
