Springboard provided a structured course which helped me learn skills at a good pace. Excellent support from both career coaches and my mentor allowed me to develop both my technical skills and job hunting skills.

I had a fantastic experience with Springboard and would highly recommend it. The curriculum was comprehensive and I learned a tremendous amount throughout the program. What really stood out was the level of support I received—the staff was responsive and genuinely invested in my success, and I benefited greatly from connecting with other students in the program.

As someone who was moving and raising a child during the program, the flexibility Springboard offers was absolutely crucial. I could work through the material at my own pace and fit my studies around my family responsibilities and life changes. Overall, Springboard delivered on its promises with quality education, a supportive community, and the adaptability I needed to succeed.

The Curated curriculum is fantastic and My mentor help me understand the task in a very good way

Couple of things are very wrong with, and I got mislead by their online reviews and ended up enrolling in one of the course, it was probably one of my worst decisions. This is very objective list of issues:
Their course is nothing but bunch of random Youtube videos, one-two page generic articles, their On-Demand mentors and Slack helps are basically never on time and usually unhelpful, you are better off using Chatgpt for your issues. They load their Capstone projects with concepts that were never covered and have unreasonable expectations on course due dates. It is a Scam. For the same money you can go elsewhere , where at least you have some sophisticated course materials that were created for the course rather than browsing through free you tube video compilations.

Springboard has been an incredible stepping stone in my transition into UX/UI design. The program helped me learn the entire design process by working on several real-world projects, which gave me hands-on experience and a strong portfolio.

What I appreciated the most was the one-on-one mentor support, having an experienced designer guiding me, giving feedback, and helping me think like a UX professional made a huge difference. The curriculum is structured, practical, and aligned with industry expectations.

Overall, Springboard truly helped me gain confidence, build solid skills, and feel prepared for a career in UX/UI design. Highly recommend!

This program was hard; but so worth doing. It has increased my skillset, and I feel confident I will land an excellent job. The support Springboard provides helps students be successful. The rigorous curriculum and hands-on experience not only challenged me to grow but also equipped me with the practical tools needed in today’s biomedical informatics field. I truly appreciate the mentorship and guidance I received throughout the program, which made a significant difference in my professional development.

I’m writing this review to warn others about my experience with Springboard’s UI/UX Design Bootcamp.

I enrolled in October 2022 after being told — both on their website and by their representatives — that the program came with a Money-Back Job Guarantee, and that many students are hired even before graduating. This was one of the only reasons I committed to the program and took out a $14,000 loan through Climb.

I completed the program in May 2024, applied to jobs for months, followed the career support steps, and still never got a single interview. Then, in October 2025, Springboard suddenly told me the guarantee “doesn’t apply” to my program because I was in a “non-job-guarantee track.” This was NEVER mentioned to me during enrollment or anytime during my program.

Their manager, Maria T., acknowledged this only after I requested the refund. Instead of honoring their guarantee, they sent me a long list of free online design resources and told me they can't help further.

I am now stuck with a $14,000 loan for a program that did not help me get a job and did not honor what they advertised. Because of this financial burden and lack of support, I’ve had to switch careers entirely.

I feel misled, dismissed, and financially harmed. Please be cautious before enrolling. Ask for everything in writing. Their “guarantee” is not what it appears to be.

Very supportive

Very rigorous and extensive curriculum! Ample time to absorb the material and then apply it to reinforce the concepts.

What made it great is the fact that it's all at my own pace and I have access to a mentor and the Slack community. Having all of the support there when I need it is what got me through the course. I'd recommend this course to anyone.

Not a bad experience overall

Springboard gave me exactly what I needed to transform my career journey. Coming from a web development background and returning after a long break, I was searching for a program that combined structure, accountability, and career support. Springboard delivered all three.

The curriculum is challenging yet rewarding, and every project adds real value to your portfolio. Having a mentor by my side made all the difference—complex concepts became clear, and I had someone to guide me through roadblocks. The career services team and job guarantee further boosted my confidence that I was investing my time wisely.

What I valued most was the accountability system. With deadlines, mentor calls, and ongoing support, I stayed consistent in my studies and built momentum that carried me through the program. This consistency helped me not only complete the track but also prove to myself—and employers—that I was committed to coming back stronger.

If you’re looking for a program that combines flexibility with strong support, and truly prepares you for a new career in data science, Springboard is the way to go.

The simulations use Windows 95. 1995! The landscape today... compared to 30 years ago? Really?

So much fine print before and during the course. This course wants to help you in exchange for your payments, but in no way will they try to help you graduate on time. They most certainly will help you not.

I enjoyed every module. It was easy to understand, and the hands on labs were a great way to put the skills learned to work. Every step of the way was supported and I am grateful for my mentor and the process that was well put together. Thank you for the great experience!!

The entire Springboard curriculum was very well organized with clean interfaces that were easy to navigate and the assignments were straightforward to complete. The mentors were all prompt and helpful with assisting me in learning. All of the content shared on the platform was relevant to what I want to do. The optional content is helpful to have and notable to refer back to. My only issue was the job search. I still haven't found a position yet with their job search strategy worksheet eight months in but I know I will discover something. This program was definitely a worthy experience if you want specific knowledge into the tech industry and believe that a flexible, but focused curriculum is your best way of learning. You certainly don't need it if you want to break into the tech industry but the guidance provided by the program here will help you significantly get noticed.

I had a truly positive experience with the Cybersecurity course I completed at Springboard. The curriculum was clear and well-structured, and I found the learning process to be highly engaging. The Coaches and support team were always willing to provide guidance and assistance whenever needed, which made the experience even more valuable.

In particular, my mentor was exceptionally supportive—always responsive and quick to address any questions or challenges I encountered. Their guidance played a key role in helping me succeed throughout the program.

Springboard’s UI/UX Career Track was exactly what I needed to transition into a new career with confidence. I recently completed Springboard’s Software Engineering Bootcamp and found the experience to be both practical and rewarding. The curriculum focused on real-world skills, and I especially appreciated the hands-on practice exercises, which helped reinforce key concepts as I learned them. The mentorship component was a standout feature—having one-on-one sessions with an experienced software engineer provided valuable guidance, accountability, and career insight.
