Excellent product and service. Website needs improvements, had a few challenges to place the order: cookies restrictions and double invoicing. Team was very helpful to resolve.

I am a fairly new customer.
I had an issue with a product. My Account manager was at our premises the next morning with a replacement product. Once the new product was tested, a new pallet of product was arranged and a collection was also arranged and completed within 48 hours. A great turn around. Communication between account manager and supporting team at Springpack has also been prompt and helpful. Happy New Customer 👍
