Very useful app
Very convenient especially for a quick doctor consultation, otherwise I would have been in anxiety because of a test result for at least a week whilst waiting for the GP appointment. Very happy with the app and it will be even greater if an extra confirmation button could be added when pressing “cancel” as I cancelled the appointment by mistake when I didnt feel very well.

Outstanding Service. Very straightforward to get repeat appointments with the same GP which is beyond reassuring. Fantastically understanding and patient with me and an appointment which is never rushed and where I feel utterly listened to. The advice and support and after care via either referral or prescription is super fast and each time being patient care.

I found it really helpful just have a quiet space to vocalise my thoughts and get some practical and sensitively worded support. It's been good to maintain a regular way to check in and it's been really beneficial to talk to a professional at a time when life was throwing a few curveballs.

35 minutes for a mental health session isn't enough....
I booked a mental health session on square health. I noted the session was only 35 minutes but thought initially this was just an assessment length. The therapist was professional however my rating is really based on the length of time. I discussed what had been going on in my life, the therapist had to stop me at a point and explain what was going on and make suggestions to me to keep to the timeframe. It wasn't what I was after or expected.

The mental health support available through Square Health is provided in line with the appointment structure and session allowance set within each member’s policy or benefit. As with most clinical appointments, each session has a set time so the therapist can understand the main concerns, offer appropriate guidance and help the member make the best use of the support available.
Don't forget that, depending on their policy, members are entitled to multiple sessions within a policy year so subsequent follow up sessions can compliment any previous ones.

Easy, quick and simple health test
The Health test was straight forward and really easy to request, delivery was really fast, the test was really simple to do and got my results back quick. I was able to then schedule a meeting online with a private Dr to discuss the results of the test. It was good to know that my health is excellent and to keep an eye on certain things to ensure I remain healthy.

I had a great experience with Square…
I had a great experience with Square Health. I had a choice of GPs and appointments within the hour. I was able to provide information upfront to help the appointment move effectively. I specifically selected a GP who had won awards for customer service and listening, which I felt it was great to see given issues encountered in the past with elderly family members. Not only was I not disappointed. but the GP was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Would defo recommend.

Great service, very fast and easy to book a GP appointment. Referral letter was sent minutes after appointment ended. Would definitely recommend and will use again if the need arrises.

Excellent service
Excellent service. Fairly easy to do the blood test yourself, fast results, I had my report back within three days of posting the blood sample.
I had a telephone call with a very knowledgeable and friendly consultant the following day, all very satisfactory. I would definitely recommend.

I selected GP consultant based on his interests and experience.
I selected GP consultant based on his experience and interests as my injury was sports related. He listened and recommended a scan due to my injury. Unfortunately when went to next stage (Aviva) they turned down the scan as the injury was 'related' to an injury that occurred prior to starting my health insurance and would have to wait 2 years before getting the scan. My initial injury was broken collarbone 3 years ago but my pain was to upper back. So I basically have to wait 2 years and if still in pain start process over again.
