There are very few services I use over and over again without thinking twice and Starr Luxury Cars is one of them.

Whenever I’m in London with the girls, airport transfers are something I never compromise on. After a long flight, I just want everything to be seamless and Starr Luxury Cars gets it right every single time.

For this trip, I booked the Rolls-Royce Cullinan for myself and the Mercedes Viano for our luggage. Both drivers were waiting exactly where they said they would be when we arrived, helped us with every bag and made the entire experience effortless from start to finish.

Decided to hire a car at very short notice - I emailed them at 2pm and car was delivered to my home by 6pm. Process was all very smooth and the deposit was cleared back to my card within the 7 working days they said it would be.

Disgusting appalling and worst experience ever. Suggest do not book from them. I hired a Lamborghini on 15 jan for five days. Firstly car broke down the same day. Secondly the refund is never paid as per contract. It took hundreds of emails and got my refund in instalments after five months. I have been charged quarter of the refund amount in bank charges and interest for the amount i was supposed to be paid back in fifteen days.
I wish there was a negative ratings. Biggest fraudsters i have come across in my life. They just use your money for their benefit. I am sure that i am not the first and wont be the last. Absolute disgrace. BE CARFUL OF WHITE COLLAR FRAUDSTERS. THE EXCUSES THEY GIVE ARE LAME.

Great experience lovely cars great overall

From the initial enquiry to returning the car, Starr Luxury were great. I hired a Lamborghini Huracan for a special weekend and the car was delivered in immaculate condition. The team took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole thing feel relaxed . This is how luxury car hire should be done.

Car was good and pick up easy but be warned that we've been waiting now over 4 months for our £5k deposit. The company have cited 'internal issues' that have prevented them paying it back. They have promised for months that it will come back and they keep pushing the date back so be warned.

Had initially booked a Porsche Boxster for a week, but since that car had been involved in a crash, I got offered an upgrade to a Porsche 911 Cabrio for not that much more. Aaron delivered the car to me at the airport on time and was very helpful pointing out and documenting any and all existing blemishes on the car.

Overall a very positive rental experience from start to finish. Thank you to all the team.

Easy communication process to book and drop off and great cars/condition

I rented a brand new 2025 Defender from Starr Luxury Car Rental in London for a week and had a great experience from start to finish.

The car was super comfortable, spacious, and perfect for my road trip down to Somerset and Oxford.
