Amanda, Paul and Mark at The Worcester branch of Switch.
The Worcester branch of Switch made the process really easy for me to get a hire car.
I cannot rate this company enough from start to finish, with Amanda taking the details of what make and model, what type of transmission I required and to how quickly I needed the car was delivered to me. Amanda gave me all the information I needed.
The car of my choice was delivered that afternoon by two extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional gentlemen that showed me around the car, explained the instrument panel and even to setting up my mobile phone, adjusting the mirrors and advised if I needed any further assistance to call Paul or Mark and they would give me any information I required.
Thank you Switch, Worcester branch, I would recommend your company to my family, friends or anyone who needed a hire car.

Excellent service.
As someone that uses this office regularly in a work capacity I can honestly say I have rarely experienced a level of customer service like it. Always happy to ensure the customer experience is at a premium and always engaging in conversation in the booking process. In terms of delivery every car I have received has been in immaculate condition, well cleaned, and fully prepped for a long journey. Would not hesitate to use this office on a personal level, and should there be a requirement for anyone reading this to have a company account, I would recommend Switch Car Shrewsbury wholeheartedly.

I found the whole experience renting a…
I found the whole experience renting a car through Switch quite frustrating!. From the girl behind the counter saying I was late, I then had to explain that I had rang earlier explaining I would delayed. To then being told I had an attitude, nothing to do with her colleague not passing the information on. Couldn’t pay with me virtual Mastercard, needed a physical card to pay, come on it 2026. No drop box for the keys when I finish with the car, I have to physically come in to hand the keys over. To name a few dreadful experiences with Switching. I have to say I would never recommend this outfit to any of my friends or family, shocking.

Switch were amazing
Switch were amazing. The manager at the Ashford branch is actually an angel! When my car broke down he managed to get a car to me almost immediately delivered to the car dealership where I had to leave the car. I had been so upset that we would miss the scattering of my brother’s ashes later that day but Shib stepped in and arranged for the hire car to come to me immediately. Thank you so much I can’t thank you enough.
