Over charged on minor damage..
"This was my first experience with Switch Car Rental and unfortunately it was very disappointing. The service was slow, communication was poor, and I felt that I was charged an excessive amount for what appeared to be a very small scratch of around 10mm. As a customer, I expected a fairer and more reasonable approach. Based on my experience, I would not use this company again."

If I could, I would rate it 0 stars. Quite possibly the poorest customer service I’ve experienced. Not a single acknowledgment at the front desk after 5 mins of waiting, no one cared at all. Quite simply left me stood there without a care in the world. People walked passed, looked and carried on pretending their busy. Shocking! Can’t imagine they get much business other than insurance scraps. Avoid

Had a really wonderful experience with a young lady called Chantelle who, after us having a terrible day made a very stressful experience so easy. Not only was the car delivered within 12 hours, it was spotlessly clean, lovely driver, just everything was perfect. I would highly recommend to anyone. Chantel was amazing brought the car rental forward with motability letting us down continuously, my daughter has leukaemia and is neutrophenic so cannot be on public transport so she is an absolute angel for going out her way to help!
