Stashfin loan application company not provided with moratorium facility in period of March 2020 till 31/08/2020....
Stashfin is fraud and Illegal loan application company
Forcing me to pay penalties and making mental harassment by calling by recovery agents....
Not following Supreme Court orders of 03/09/2020 and 28/09/2020....

Worrest fraud money looting app moratorium time also they are charging toomuch charges for example 5000 loan they charging charges 6000 above more than loan amount..do not refer and use this app very Worrest app I never seen before like this. Even any customer care also no one responding

worst experience ever i took loan in 2019 but now in i want contact them there is not any customer care no. where i can discuss how to repay my amount , i want to close it there is no need now i want to close it help me out please.

Usless app and usless and very bad experience by taking the loan in this i made the emi payment last day itslef and again they are present the ecs today in the bank again, its so curious i made the complaint t grievance officer not at all responding the mail and calls too, by taking the loan, all of u one thing am suggesting you don't face the by takig the loan in this stashfin

Totally disgusting service given by stash-fin loan department.
I already paid EMI but still they deducted extra EMI again and not given my money back and not adjusting emi for next month.
I am paying EMI on time to time but still call center calling me for EMI that i have not paid EMI..
Daily they are calling me for EMI and i shared the snap shot of payment but still they are calling...
Useless and disgusting service.

They are asking me to pay fine even if i made the payment on or before due date. The app has a lot of bugs. Very worst customer service, no one is responding to any emails. There is no contact information. Highly Not recommended. They are really shameless

I don't think any rating required, this is a worst company. For the month of May they are not deducted emi even I had sufficient balance in my a/c and so I payed myself but still as I check it is showing overdue. I am trying to get in touch but they don't have contact number and on mail also they are not responding.Now for June also they are not deducted emi and showing as two months due emi with charges but I have paid myself by visiting to the stashfin app and fullerton India link. requesting customer service to call back.

Lockdown period stashfin people are charging double charges from customers.

This stashfin people are not follow RBI rules..........

Unprofessional staff just looting the customers in this covid situation. Gonna pay every penny to them after corona situation and dump their card in trash as their service is also trash.

Very bad services where no support and unnecessary overdue changes when paid the EMI along with late charges.

Stashfin agents still continuously calling for Monthly emi this amounts to harassment especially after RBI briefing on deferring of EMI for 3 months, the lady Said these updates does not cover them and they are going to recover the money.

This matter needs to be reported to higher authorities as it is a complete disregard of RBI update.

The worst NBFC that I have come across. Reasons below:
1. Pathetic and unprofessional customer care
2. Worst support system
3. Worst processes ever come across (I receive payment reminders even after loan closure and multiple complaints)
4. They are just looking to scam and do not care about you

I strongly advice NOT to take any loans from Stashfin. Please do not go through that pain I'm going through even after 8 months of foreclosure.

Stashfin is a clear fraud...they keep on harrasing me calling me 100 in a day...also they use abusive language, rude behavior. Don't apply here for any type of loan.You don't know how this type of non professional attitude affect the life of people.
