Absolutely shocking, they get you to jump through hoops for proof of address and ncb etc etc then reject it. Then when you try and cancel the policy because you’ve had enough they want £75 admin fee for a policy that hasn’t even started yet

Amber was friendly, efficient and knowledgable. Very clear and easy discussions and decent renewal price too.

Really good service from Amber. Thorough, but really informative throughout and very pleasant. I would highly recommend Amber to get you the best price without being pushy.

Received renewal notice for Campervan today.. 40% increase on last year £389 to £981.
Stuck with them after a painful experience setting up the policy last year, demanding endless documents, arguing over no claims, additional charges to keep the policy live. And almost £40 to alter a private reg which is the press of a button for most insurers but not this company.
Avoid and pay a bit more elsewhere.

Appreciate the reply but trying to justify your are still correct when all the other reviewer say the same or have had poor experience isn’t going to change the customers perception.

Renewed Motorhome insurance today and the whole process was made very easy by the Staveley Head rep, Harvie, Nothing was a problem and he gave great info on my policy renewal. His whole attitude was what you would expect from a top company rep.

These people really do the job that a broker should do. They make it easy, and they give me confidence in the product that I bought through them.

Very thorough and comprehensive and seemed as they were very interested in my circumstances and requirements

Everything as had a price hike to do with insurance. staveley head was really help full in getting me the right cover for the right price.
