Stay Zeni Avis 

Check in is convenient. The room is clean. But the sound-proofing is so bad that I have to remind my neighbor to lower the voice. Maybe this should be written in the message to guests or students who lives longer here. Or there should be a tip for guests when they are booking the room(“If you need a quiet room” like that, so you can arrange a room without neighbors, if there are)

I enjoyed staying at this student accommodation immensely. Great location and facilities. One thing that I could improve would be to keep stock some essentials for the rooms with things like hand soap etc.

I complained about 8 days without hot water I was threatened, verbally attacked repeatedly. They overcharged me by £56 for cleaning. Told me to leave saying my booking was cancelled. Refused so far to give my rent back for the last week. Or compensate for the lack of hot water. I was called a liar and insulted repeatedly. The landlords agent was intimidating and raused his voice shouting again and again.

When I had said I wanted to leave and wanted my money back they instead said they’d call the police on me. Told me to leave.

I was totally shocked upset and felt badly bullied. Especially as they knew I autistic.

Criminal in my view. Horrifying experience. Avoid at all costs.

I was not informed until it was far too late that I would need to provide student ID, and therefore I didn’t have it available and I was left stranded at Wembley

The en-suite wasn’t cleaned, the sink still had dried in toothpaste and spit from the previous occupants. Two people staying in the room and only one towel left?

Great location. Nice, clean room. Bit hot and too noisy to have window open. But otherwise stellar.

Great location and price and most of the things advertised in the booking were there However it was advertised as having a hairdryer which it did not although we did luckily manage to obtain one from reception . We also had to ask for more towels as only one set was initially provided. The main reason for only giving a 3 star was the flood that happened as soon as we took a shower in the wet room . This went all into the bedroom and soaked my friends clothes . We were left with inches of water on the bathroom floor overnight which was quite dangerous As this happened quite late at night , it was difficult to get hold of someone managing the apartments to let them know . We again alerted reception as was quite concerned it would go into the apartment below . They kindly us with extra towels to soak up some of the excess water but it was right up to the beds in the apartment. Sent a text (as it was late) to emergency management number provided on the door but no one answered . Rang the emergency management team number in the morning to make them aware of the situation who said their system had been down so they didn’t get the message . No one has spoken to us since regarding this as we had to check out the next day . Good job it happened on our last night really as it would otherwise potentially have ruined our stay . It was also quite dangerous from a H&S perspective with the floor being that covered in water for so long .

No much to say. The bathroom was disgusting, dirty and hair everywhere. The bedroom too dusty and dirty. No hot water. Towels and the bed smell like been used. I do not recommend.

Groovy sensible budget accommodations with double bed, ensuite personal shower and toilet, desk and wardrobe for students. Free Wi-Fi, common room, gym, laundry facilities and security. Room is comfy and warm and building appears safe. Modern and totally adequate. No complaints and much nicer than a hostel! Clean and minimalist. Host accommodating of one’s requirements.

Good:

Location: Right next to Vauxhall station, with Buckingham Palace reachable by a 30-minute walk.
Staff: Generally nice, although not always easy to reach.

Bad:

Cleanliness:
The dishes were stored but left unwashed, so we had to clean them ourselves.
The fridge was moldy and had a strong odor, which took us almost two hours to clean.
The oven was extremely dirty, covered in greasy sauce. We reported it, but no one came to clean it during our 5-night stay.
No bin bags were provided until we asked for them.
The sponges were already used.

Equipment:
- Kitchen:
No pans, only pots, so we had to ask for them.
No cooking spatulas or tablemats, which we also had to request.
Only two of each: plates, spoons, forks, knives, and cups.
- Bathroom:
No hairdryer, shampoo, or body wash, which we had to ask for.
- Desk: The studio is advertised for two people, but there was only one chair, so one person had to eat on the bed.
- Room Card: The card couldn't open the exterior door, so we had to ask reception to let us in each time.

Noise: The room is next to a busy 5-way road, a railway station, and a nightclub (or something similar) across the street, with frequent police sirens.

Temperature: The room is very hot due to east-facing windows with limited openings. Despite keeping the windows open 24/7, it only became bearably cool around 2-3 AM, even with temperatures outside at 15°C. This, combined with the noise, made it difficult to sleep.

We reported our problems several times, both by going to the reception and by sending emails, but nothing changed (the oven remained dirty), which is why we are finally reporting it here

Good place to stay especially for students

Location is really good! Dovet is warm and it's really good to provide shower gal and towel. However, the floor of the bathroom has lots of sands, hope you could improve the part of cleanness!

The room is very clean. They have everything to stay safe and comfortable. All you need is come with your clothes and live 😁. Thank you for supportive staffs and receptionist 🙏🏿

Great location near Ulster University. It's not that far from city center. Smooth check in and check out process. Clean room and enough for two people.

Great location and value for money.

What a fantastic place. Super clean rooms, excellent price, property has much to offer. I was concerned as I’m an older student and didn’t think I’d qualify, but all I needed was my student ID. I will definitely utilize student housing as much as I can now. It’s a great place for comfort and safety, a place to get your schoolwork done, as well as be able to sightsee. Thanks a million Zeni!
