The visual look of the Shoreditch turntable is stunning with a unique design with a vertical record player.
Overall a plesant piece of furniture with blutooth connectivity remote control and good instructions with the item.

I needed a new music system as my old one decided to give up on me. Steepletone was easy to find and the items looked very good. So, I selected a nice system which was very easy to use and ordered it immediately.
The system is great, good sound and smart looking in our dining room to play our CDs and vinyl.

The first thing that impressed me was the fact that the instructions were in the King’s English and not translated from Chinese. The music centre is compact, not heavy and looks very well in my room. The sound quality is very good considering the speakers are actually incorporated into the unit. There are only a couple of things that have caused me to score less than 5 stars: the turntable at the top of the unit is not completely covered which makes it more liable to attract dust, and the instructions for recording to SD card did not work on mine. However when I phoned the company I was treated with courtesy and the advice given was enough to set up the recording function I wanted. All in all à good experience

Excellent, great sound and great stereo

Wanted a stereo unit that had all formats and ability to convert cassettes to mp3 easily. Took a bit to sort this out but once I did it worked and sound reproduction was good. My only wish was that the stylus would automatically return to stand. Unit looks smart, headset is comfortable and works with my tablets as well.
All in all very pleased for the price.

With limited space I was after a record player with incorporated speakers but wanted something of good quality. This one came up on top with a couple of others. Needed some assembly and wasn't too complicated. The sound isn't too bad and so far so good. I did however find customer service not to be 100%, delivery was not carried out within the time frame and I had to chase them for updates.

After hours of research this system came out tops in reviews, easy to set up, nice to listen to cassettes that have been up in the loft for years, also you can connect your Alexa via Bluetooth which gives you far better sound, 3 cd tray is a bonus as you can load it up and just sit back and relax.

This music system is great value for money. The speakers are excellent and reproduction is great of my old LPs, CDs and tapes. I'm delighted with my purchase

The order was delivered quickly and well packaged. Looks fantastic in black and silver. Both vinyl and CDs sound great on it. I haven't got any cassette to play on it. Good that you can adjust the bass and treble. An all round great buy at a fabulous price

I bought a customised record box but when I received the order it was not personalised as per my instructions. I emailed and Emily responded with 45 minutes and my replacement was with me the next day.
I am extremely pleased with the quality of the box and personalisation, and the correspondence I had with Emily.

Great service from Kendal and the team following a malfunction of one of the speakers we bought, it was replaced swiftly and without question. The replacement speaker works perfectly and my husband is now reliving his youth playing old records and cassettes on the system

It's a lovely quirky blue tooth speaker. Idea for Spotify.

I was bought the steepletone as a gift, so excited to be able to play old and new records & CDs. Unfortunately it has been nothing but disappointment.
Firstly the sound quality of the speakers is shocking- tinny and not really the quality you expect in 2025, my Alexa has better sound quality!
Then there’s the record player, the turntable allows the vinyl to move as its surface isn’t supported well, which makes the track sound as though it’s distorted and slow.
The CD player - it allows some CDs to play but not others. I originally thought it may be because they’re older CDs but they play fine in the car….
I then bought 3 new CDs yesterday, one plays fine, one won’t play at all and the 3rd one jumps throughout the first few tracks! They all play fine in the car…
As I’ve previously mentioned this was a gift, it’s not even a year old, it’s hardly used because it’s just disappointing listening to music in such poor quality!
I’ve been putting up with the record player not being 100% but yesterday was the final straw when I bought new CDs and they didn’t play!
It was returned and i had been refused a refund due to not having original packaging (had box not polyestirene!) so it was ‘repaired’ and returned.
The speakers sounds jump from one to another or not at all. CDs are constantly jumping and the vinyl still sounds shocking when the speakers decide to work.
Definitely not worth the money we spent!!!

Bought a Steepletone shower radio that was faulty. Customer service refused to refund it despite the issue being clear. Very disappointing after-sales support. I wouldn’t buy from them again.

The item was delivered 2 days ahead of initial delivery date, which was pleasing.
Very easy to set up & the acrylic speakers look & sound great. Sound is of good quality, so overall, so far very pleased.
