Excellent service in store and with the delivery team. Five stars!

Purchased online sore a cheaper price on amazon and stellisons matched it but the fitting and dismantling of the old fridge freezer and taking it away was £70 which is a little expensive but having said that the delivery/fitting team where excellent took great care so 5 stars for them.
Just thought I would mention that the first fridge freezer was badly damaged so had to go back but luckily they had another one in stock which was delivered the next day first thing in the morning so quite a good service.
I would shop with them again even know there fitting/delivery price is a little high.
The fridge freezer is fine so far but have only had it a few days but looks good and a nice colour.

After cooker was delivered very damaged and had to be returned. We were offered alternatives but came to you as you had the model we wanted. Apart from offering to install cooker we have received no compensation for having no cooker for 2 months which is unacceptable

Purchased an AEG oven which has been faulty since day one; engineer came out twice, changed parts but oven still doesnt work; have rung Stellisons service team repeatedly, each time told "they would look into it" and call me back but they never do. Total lack of customer service, dont even deserve 1 star

I wanted a new freezer and found Stellisons to be very helpful on what to purchase as well as finding a very good price. The freezer turned up on time and the delivery guys were also very helpful. Would definitely use them again

Dan (Westcliff branch) advised how to remove our old integrated microwave and sourced a suitable replacement. They even carried it out to our car when we picked it up. So refreshing to use a company with excellent customer service and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Excellent customer service from Jo at Stellisons. Jo was extremely helpful, answering all my questions about the cooker hood. She explained in full about the delivery, including the dimensions and weight of my item, then got the parcel ready straight after our phone call, adding extra labels to warn there was glass inside. Once the parcel arrived, Jo rang to check all was well. Superb customer service and many thanks to Jo.
