Didn't even apply to anything in this company and they started spamming me out of the blue. If it really is a good job they wouldn't need to go round trying to get people in. If all the reviews, on Glassdor and here, are saying it's dogey and scammy, it probably is xD. Better go read some reviews and stay away.

If the opportunity was that good, they wouldn't need to be vague and misleading about it. They contacted me directly and said I looked like a great fit for a role at their office in London. Didn't say what the role was. Wouldn't say what the role was, when asked twice.
They offered me a first stage meeting. This was in fact a webinar to an unknown number of candidates, with cameras and microphones muted, so we were just there for a sales pitch. It was pretty obvious it wasn't for me so I left the webinar after a few minutes. If you're looking for an entry level field sales role, highstreets and door knocking, on a self employed basis, for a company who doesn't seem to be registered in the UK, this may be for you. This lot reel young people in with promises of a marketing job, but it’s really just commission-only door-to-door sales. They advertise it as a paid, salaried role, but once you’re in, you find out there’s no base pay – just commission. They’ll say there’s a guaranteed income, but most people don’t even make £200-£300 a week, and that’s if you’re lucky.

Early on, they’ll try to convince you to go on a "business trip," claiming your expenses are covered. They’re not. You’ll pay for your own travel, food, and everything else. You only make money from sales, and even then, they’ll claim your sales got "cancelled" so they don’t have to pay you. You go expecting to make money and come back even more broke.

They waste your time with endless training and weird motivational speeches, making out like they’re investing in you. Truth is, they just want to brainwash you into staying and working harder for nothing. You’ll be sent to the "field" (aka knocking doors all day in the cold and rain) for insane hours, only to get pennies at the end of the week—if anything at all.

And it doesn’t stop there. You’re expected back at the office after a full day in the field, so you’ll be working 8 AM to 11 PM or later. No time for anything else. No social life, no rest, just work. And that’s all part of their plan – they isolate you from mates and family so you’re easier to manipulate. They’ll gas you up about “moving into management” and “running your own company,” but it’s all talk.

If you’re looking for a real job that actually pays, this ain’t it. You’ll work ridiculous hours in awful conditions just to walk away with next to nothing. Avoid at all costs.
