We cannot thank the team at Sterling Street enough for helping us achieve our dream of buying our new home. Our mortgage application was far from straightforward, and we had a particularly difficult profile with several challenges along the way. There were times when we genuinely felt that getting the mortgage approved would be extremely difficult.
However, the team at Sterling Street never gave up on us. They were incredibly professional, patient, supportive and determined throughout the whole process. They took the time to understand our situation, explained everything clearly and worked extremely hard to find the right solution for us.
The communication and support we received were excellent, especially during the stressful moments of the application. They kept pushing forward, dealt with the difficulties and guided us through every step until we finally received our mortgage approval and completed on our new home.
Buying a house can be incredibly stressful, especially when your mortgage situation isn't straightforward, but having the right mortgage advisor makes such a huge difference. Sterling Street went above and beyond for us, and we are genuinely grateful for everything they did.

We heard of sterling road via our friend Arun who works with Sterling Road . Though Arun was our friend he behaved very professional and got us through this process very smoothly.
