St Frock Avis 

The service was fine, came quickly and I have got some nice dresses a while ago from there but I just bought a cardigan which wasnt cheap, only to find the fabric was stretchy and cheap feeling and I wore it to work (which is basically an office job, I sit down a lot or stay inside working from a desk! Anyway it has two loose pulled threads on the front from being worn twice. I'm so annoyed as everything feels so expensive now and it was a treat to buy a pretty cardigan for myself :(

Very very poor low quality fabrics. Thin, cheap and see through. Purchased 3 tops, wanted to return them due to the terrible quality but can only get a store credit. Patronising response from customer service with an “x” at the end of the email.
Why would I want a store credit when the clothes are terrible

Super quick turnaround. From the time I placed my order to delivery, it was less than 24 hours - so fast. Communication was excellent every step of the way, and I love the quality and fit of my order. I keep ordering from St Frock, lovely clothes at affordable prices, and the sale items are a great bargain. - I will keep ordering and I highly recommend this online store and their customer service.

Very helpful customer service when I had an issue with an order. Prompt reply and I was happy with the outcome.

The service is fine and some of the dresses are lovely. However, simple things are overlooked. In this particular dress, no darts means that the under bust tie is unflatteringly high at the front. The pockets are placed awkwardly high and not where your arms and hands would naturally fall.

What sort of online store doesn’t offer refunds!!!! Ultimately I should have read the returns policy but come on!!!

I had two queries which were both resolved and what was great was the updates and communication along the way. I always knew where things were at so I didn’t need to keep following up.

Buyer beware. They DO NOT accept refunds or exchange for different sizes. No refunds at all, will only give store credit.
YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK AFTER PURCHASE.
Bought a dress that was a little too big. Asked to exchange for a smaller size & was told they DO NOT. I have to return to dress at my expense with tracking, then wait up to 10 days for my "store credit". Then I had to purchase the dress again - hopefully it will still be at the sale price I bought the original dress for.
When I questioned it, apparently their policies are clearly stated on the website.
First & last time I buy from this website.

Ordered a beautiful dress, the Phoenix, only problem the zippy was I think faulty. But St Frock answered my chat & email straight away, which SETS THEM APART FROM ALL OTHERS, it's so important that customers can contact the seller. These days no one provides phone numbers which is frustrating. But they answered to my emails, understood the issue, got a new order out to me straight away, which was so important because it's my daughter's Wedding. Thank you for the GREAT customer service have order twice again since then. 2nd only to Blue Bungalow, they are amazing to talk too .

Avoid at all costs. Clothing is cheap despite price tag they obviously import cheap clothing to pass off as designer. Wish I’d read all the other reviews before ordering! Am caught in a return, no refund, purchase again cycle. It’s ridiculous they have a no refund policy. None of the dresses I ordered I want so three dresses later I am just ready to give up! So I will be forced to donate my money to them and I will donate the latest crap dress to the good Sammy’s. One dress was clearly faulty with the sleeve sitting up way higher in one side they completely ignored the faulty return no communication and just gave me a store credit. You have to find the store credit yourself they don’t email you to tell you it’s there. Would never purchase from here again and am disappointed in myself for getting hooked by their advertising and not checking the reviews for their website. AVOID don’t shop here!!!

They have some decent pieces but some really not. Different styles and makes, so you're not a standard size across the website. They don't openly advertise that the 'return' is actually a store credit, until you get to the end of confirming an online credit. Just do it. Why should you reward an online retailer where you have to blind buy without trying items on, who then won't let you get a refund if it's the wrong size or looks terrible on you, or is obviously trash quality.

The quality of the dresses from this business is really poor. You pay a premium price and receive garments that are poorly sized and in a very cheap material. Refunds are not an option because they want to give you in-store credits to buy more of their poor quality stock.

I agree with Elisha Woods (previous review). I have had the same experience. Poor quality fabrics and stitching. Stuck in a cycle where I can't get a refund and have credit that I have to use on another poor quality purchase on which I have to pay postage. Again, the product is poor and doesn't fit- return for ANOTHER credit... and so we go on. Wore a red dress three times and the colour is fading in patches. Avoid buying from St Frock.

St Frock is the worst online retailer I have even had the misfortune of purchasing from.
The quality of the clothing is absolute rubbish, sizing is way off and they refuse to refund purchases. Only store credit. So you are stuck in a cycle of returning, using your store credit to buy another piece of rubbish, and having to return that, again, for store credit. There is nothing I want from that store, so they have effectively stolen my money.
They also say you have 30 days to return - unfortunately this means from date of purchase, not date or parcel receipt. So if you live rurally, and your parcel takes more than a week to arrive, you only have a couple of weeks to make sure you get the return in. There is absolutely no leeway with any of these policies, they do not care as they already have your money.
With the abundance of wonderful online shopping in 2026, it is only a matter of time before St Frock either goes under, or changes their archaic policies.
Don’t purchase from them.

Terrible customer service , especially if something goes wrong. My dress literally fell apart after 2 wears & they would not even look at my claim. Tried to sell me a new dress instead. I would never purchase anything from this company again.

Be aware of this business!!!
I returned my purchase as I could not zipp it, let alone wear it. They sent me an email that returned dress has anodour. Absolute lie!
First, I dont wear parfume or stink of odour of any kind. Second, you sent me dress which was already returned.

Terribly cheap and nasty clothing. I purchased two dresses for $49.90 each and of course I returned them and I won't be received my money back but a gift card that I will never use.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST - DO NOT SHOP AT ST FROCK
There are plenty more shops that sell good quality products and offer a proper refund/return.

I ordered a dress that was fine and ended up returning it for store credit which was fine because I knew their return policy ahead of time. Purchased another dress for 95$ and it was a dress clearly of temu quality. Made from the cheapest polyester known to man. It had loose threads everywhere and a hole in the belt of the dress. After back and fourth I was not given a refund but store credit again. I think some things on this website might be legit but there are other items that are clearly a scam. Steer clear of St Frock.
