Got a mysterious phone call from these people from saying i owed money to ayrshire council i paid off what i thought was mine but turned out the bill was set for a house i never owned while i went back to these to get the details of the bill so i could give it to the lawyer all clue of this debt has been deleted only thing i have is bank statement

There is no exceptions, they just charge what they want and no-one is interested in helping you. They script the same answers time and time again

On the 11th of May 2026 my bank had been deducted a sum of£639.87,I contacted my bank as there was no name just a reference no.Eventually the bank told me it was stirling park that took the money,I've had no correspondence, no letters, no emails ,no phone calls to pay this amount as I have no idea what it's for.I called stirling park and passed over my current post code and previous post code and my date of birth but they can't find me,I contacted my bank again and was told again that it was stirling park.I thought these companies contact you first,give you a chance to either make a payment or set up a payment plan.

Bunch of criminals and old me to stop paying my council tax to the council and give it to them so I get in more bloody debt just bully’s taking everything they can from whoever they can

Disgusting bunch of bullies. I contacted them to pay £50 on a monthly basis, not working alot of hours or days for now. They threaten me to give employers details to arrest wages, not a hope in hell, been stubborn and paying minimal amount, contacted Citizens advice for there support and advice

The worst company going about. Im someone that had to change my name due to domestic abuse. I had to do this so I could flee to keep myself safe. They are using both names on their letters to me which is defeating the purpose of changing my name. No one was meant to know that I did this. Anyone could be coming across these letters. When contacted about this they have pretty much said they can call me what they like. The way they treat people needs investigated. They cause mental health issues for sure. At this moment I am looking on how to take things further against them.

Nothing but a bunch of theifs not willing to work with anyone and demanding money even after you have told then that you cant afford it something needs to be done about them bullies

The worst company out, disrespectful, and treat you lick sh,,,,,,,. They ask q y questions they have no right asking, and want to know all Yr business, they hund y with nasty texts don't get involved with them they are bad news, when y ask for a manager theirs never anyone available

Truly shocking organisation ignore all levels of contact then charge you for the privilege of finding the address they have for you.

Whilst im sure they do their job properly as true sherriff's officers, court messengers, whatever . They act like gangsters when it comes to collecting nebulous debts like a tuppence ha'pny parking dispute that gets inflated to hundreds of pounds. They use misleading, threatening, communications to bully folk into coughing up, abusing their official status to put weight on these non-official actions. no problem with any of their staff who are always curteous enough in my experience and are just doing their job ( though presumably without any conscience ) - but the firm itself - why is this legal ? is it?

Stirling Park's exorbitant fees and aggressive wage arrestment practices have pushed me to a breaking point. Over a mere debt of £7, they have left me with barely anything to live on. Their actions are not only financially crippling but are also incredibly unjust for those of us already struggling to make ends meet.

Stirling Park operates as an agent for recovering debts, yet the fees they impose often exceed the original debt amount manifold. According to Scottish law, reasonable compensation for debt recovery is allowed, but the level of fees Stirling Park charges appears exorbitant. Their practice leads to unnecessary distress and financial turmoil for countless individuals across Scotland who are already fighting an uphill battle against economic hardships.

It's unfair that someone should endure such punitive financial measures over a meagre debt. This is a systemic issue that needs to be addressed to prevent further exploitation. Stirling Park should be held accountable for their disproportionate charges and should adopt fairer, more transparent fee structures.

Very bad customer service. After making an appointment to have them look at my park home, I waited in all morning only to be told when I rang them they were not coming.

This lot are absolutely crooked and should be investigated for fraudulently taking money

Sent an wages arrestment for 168.36!!!!
Continued to collect over £350! Had to call them to stop the arrestment and was told I would have to wait 30 days on a cheque. Sent out 1 part payment then told me I would have to pay £10 for them to issue another cheque which would take another 30 days - To get MY money back they held fraudulently!!!! Fraudulent organisation!!!!

Why did they pretend they are the sherif court what a farce threatening people they will remove stuff from your house a joke

Phoned too make a payment arrangement but they wouldn't accept any arrangement wanted 174 pound a month when I'm already on foodbanks with a job might I add they never asked how much I have in outgoings just how much I have coming in as if every single fraction of life isn't double the cost and rising constantly I phoned too pay and was told it wasn't good enough after me explaining my circumstances terrible company with no moral compass whatsoever they don't care if you have kids too feed what does that matter too them I was beyond low yesterday because of the way I was treated when I was just trying too sort things so disheartening too experience this I honestly don't know what too do anymore I can't afford too exist and Sterling park want every penny off you and expect you too pay your current bills it's a complete joke tbh

Excellent company. I needed to have Sheriffs officers appointed to collect a payment order & they were very efficient . Staff kept me informed throughout the case & now I have been paid in full. Thank you .

Most unhelpful staff and company ever. Lie constantly. Talk to you as if they are better than you. Not one staff member has been pleasant to deal with on the phone or email. Lie to you, do nothing to help. NEVER replay in the time scale they set so make things worse for you and do not apologise just make you out as a lier. They need to be trained in people skills and learn people need help or advise. If you’re looking to be treated nastily made to bring your mental health down to the lowest. Then these are the people to deal with.
