Absolute disgrace of a company. Apparently went down a bus lane in Glasgow and ended up with sheriff officers at my door and harassing my neighbours for information of where i worked etc…… THIS SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED!!!!!!! TOTALLY gob smacked. Couldn’t pay full amount and wouldn’t accept less than £30 per month and threatened with more legal action. Advised Stirling Park will have to not pay another bill to allow me to pay this one putting me in further debt they couldn’t care less. SCUM

South Lanarkshire use these people instead of communicating with their own residents. Any failure of their processes or associated agencies are dealt with by contacting Stirling Park. This company does not check why there is a problem. The license to affect people's ratings should be removed. They penalise residents for any failures in process without warning. This makes it a liability to live in South Lanarkshire because of the incompetent Council and illegitimate debt collection.

Bunch of robbing plastereds! Spoke to a very rude obnoxious woman last Thursday who wanted over £300 a month for a £900 debt, found out they have added lots of extra charges said they would have to wait until next week but I couldn't pay that amount due to being off sick and only having ssp sick pay I'm paying catch up with paying bills, so I agreed £130.00 a mth commencing next week. Woke this morning to find they have taken £303.85 out of my husband's bank account and an extra £25 for the court order. This leaves us extremely short for the month to pay other bills. Infact some bills will now not be paid because of this. And we are back to square one again, woman didn't even give a monkeys that I suffer from Anxiety issues and what she was doing was causing me to have an attack. Why go back on what's been agreed! Bumholes..... angry 😠 😡 😤 👿 🤬

My daughter has mental health issues. Didnt fill correct forms in for north ayrshire council. Is a single parent on universal credit. Stirling park henge men been at her door all over Christmas threatening to take her furniture which belongs to a landlord. This shouldn't be happening. My daughter is suicidal

Parasitic organisation praying on any late payment. In my case I payed to the wrong tax year. Any other organisation would spot this and not come after me for money. You should not be chased for debt after one overdue notice for a council tax system from the dark ages.

Arrogant. Had officers come to my door. Even though they had been told I was just out of hospital and the way they spoke to my 14 year old daughter was absolutely disgusting. Put in a complaint and wasn’t even investigated

Quality is shocking for the price.Staff excellent pity the company have taken the stance of reduced quality for profit in my opinion. Will not be paying my hard earned cash for poor quaility food. In Stirling there are many good takeaways but this shop is certainly not one of them in my opinion.

Dealing with these after getting piled with a runaway debt! Paid on time every time except a couple days ago when changing banks caused a later turnaround! Got threatened with court action 😂😂! Thieving b******ds still charging an admin fee per payment NEEDS stopping by the way. I’m also paying for council tax for a year when I was living and working in CHINA! Told them I have my passport to prove it!!!! They weren’t having any of it!

Absolutely shocking service been paying my sons parking ticket fine. They would not send a letter out to him to tell him his balance. Would not tell myself either. Disgusting service meant to keep paying and if you miss a payment they will add £80 roughly onto total

This company is used as nothing more than an organised scam by South Lanarkshire Council as another way to bully it's constituents, even with a dispute over Council tax payments an arrestment of wages was still rubber stamped behind the scenes with no chance to question what happened. Stirling Park have extremely bad record keeping and extremely rude and arrogant staff, people with a complaint about Stirling Park should contact The Society of Messengers-at-Arms and Sheriff Officers and not tolerate their garbage.

Since making a complaint about the person I spoke a manager then called me back and apologised and due to the current circumstances have agreed to a lesser amount for the next 3 months and will review it again

Due to South Lanarkshire Council who are also terrible missed a month of council tax in error instead of contacting us passed straight to Stirling Park to recover the whole year. Had no issues with Stirling Park about increasing my payments but when you just want a little help due to coronavirus and risk losing your job asked about decreasing paying the woman was absolute b***h think she actually enjoys people getting upset I explained was still going to pay just wanted to pay lesser amount no leeway whatsoever lost my temper she said this call is recorded so I hung up. Its companies like this that make people get further into debt

What an absolute JOKE, Charging you 2 fees for the same fine.
I honestly don`t know how anyone could work in that theft environment, it's an absolute disgrace how this company can scam the taxpayer.
How come no Lawyer or any legal institution looks into these gangsters?
They can charge whatever they want in Fees and make their own law.
When you ask under what law specifies that 2 fees they can be taken, their answer is: Well you can do your own research but you still ow us money.
We all make mistakes, and that`s nothing to hide from, I`ve paid my dept double already, and they want the 2`nd fee for it.
What type of theft is this? Legal one?
I hope Brexit will get rid of these ghost companies that they only cause grief and pain for the people and they see it normal!

Got a snotty letter through the door by them. said it was hand delivered. they NEVER rang the doorbell. Also they've added £81.16 onto it so i called their customer line and got a very abusive call handler. She said the £81.16 is required by law which is utter BULL****. I Know someone who IS A LAWYER so i think they know what they're on about. They also added extra onto my principal sum even though i have been in contact with Them. the horrible call handler said They emailed back which you certainly NEVER did. My case should still be on a suspension as i am discussing with the clients about the wrong amount sent to be given back through Stirling Park. These guys are PURE EVIL.
