It seems easy to use, but why is a common platform like TD Ameritrade not compatible?

Hi,
thank you for asking. We were having some issues with TDAmeritrade dropping the ball during their merger with Schwab. However, now that the process is complete we are going to be adding them back as one of our supported platforms in 2023.
The quick response of your team
The quick response of your team, we had been trying to set up an account with another company, that was making us jump through a lot of hoops because we were a church. We submitted out application and our account was ready to receive stock within 48 hours. Our stock donation was received, liquidated and check cut to us with in 2 days time. The process was so simple. Even at the end of the year your team was so responsive.

Saved me so much time
Ease of use was stellar and they were very responsive to my questions. Thank you!
The only challenge were 1) communication about the period of time till the fund a we're released and 2) a clearer confirmation to the donor about the process after they submitted the donation request.
It all worked out but it can use some tweaking for first timers. Thank you!

Thank you for you honest feedback. We really appreciate it! We will discuss internally what we can do to provide clearer communication about the period of time until funds are released and we have already addressed the issues regarding the confirmation to donors about the process. And thank you for choosing us for your stock donation processing.

Stock Donator security issue
I am concerned that the Stock Donator website code supplied for our website might be retaining account details on our website. I expect this is the case because after restoring our site from a backup, two stock transfers were processed from old data.
Your live support agent was very helpful, but I am concerned with the data security for our donors.

Thank you for your feedback. The issue here was that the donation was not processed originally when made due to issues with the brokerage firm and it is not an issue with the website. We can confirm that this was a one time issue with one of the donors and due to the brokerage firm requirements and not a software glitch. We did offer the option of canceling the donation if the donor wanted to do so but the donor decided to continue with the donation.
Easy and Smooth Registration
Easy registration process and they kept the requirements to a minimum.

The broker's seem to know what to do.
Everything worked as advertised. I followed the on-line instructions and provided the neccessary information to my client who then gave it to his broker.
