Stoneside Blinds & Shades Avis 

I am a 90 year old man and have a difficult time explaining some things so I will just say that the lady that came to my house to sell me the blinds was very polite and helpful and then I got an e-mail saying I had to remove the old blinds and clear the areas of furniture and things blocking the installer this was upsetting as I am unable to the climbing and lifting .My worries proved unfounded as the installer told me not to worry he di it all and replaced everything when he was done .He was very competent and kind and did a great job in short great product, great people.

Came on time, polite and knowledgeable. Shades were ready at the time predicted; installation was swift and perfect. This is a great firm for shades

Everything about working with Stoneside Blinds was easy. We wanted a company that could help us with both design and installation since we'd just completed a whole house remodel. We met with designer Sarah, who helped talk us through options and colors, and when consistency of color is important since we needed blinds for two floors. Sarah measured all of our windows and Alan, the installer, came a few days later to double check all measurements so that the blinds would fit perfectly for our custom sized windows. The blinds were ready sooner than expected, Alan expertly installed them in a short amount of time, and we absolutely love the finished look. Our Stoneside blinds complete the look we wanted for our newly remodeled home.

Jason, Brandon and Scott did an outstanding job! They were patient and willing to educate. It was clear they were knowledgeable. The email communication and updates were timely and appreciated.

Quick and polite service. Both our designer and installer were always on time and easy to communicate with and helped make a recommendation for our roller blinds with design in mind. Install was great and respectful of our home cleaning everything up after and ensuring we knew how to take care of our new rollers.

I worked with Amanda, she was knowledgeable and helpful in helping me to decide on the right product for us. John took the measurements and installed the blinds. They were both knowledgeable and professional. I enjoyed working both of them

Start to finish they did a great job. Rebecca was our consulting designer and really helped with our decision making and considered our budget. Edgardo showed up the next week for formal measurements. Every step we got a call/text/email or all of the above. Edgardo finished installing today- 6 weeks after we ordered. And we delayed the install by a week. Very smooth sailing and we are really happy with the result.

This has been a great experience from start to finish. My inquiry was responded to within hours and I easily set up my appointment with Alex. Alex had a wonderful sense of my hesitation to try something new and had the perfect solution for my living and dining room windows. Isidro did a superb job from start to finish. Texting ahead with his eta, he arrived exactly on time with a friendly smile & courteous offer to leave his shoes at the door. He then not only expertly replaced a broken window shade chain & adjusted another one perfectly as requested, but he went the extra mile on his own initiative and tightened up a loose fixture that we never even noticed. Installer Ryan is competent and skillful worker , easy to work with , explained every move while removing the old blind and replacing with the new one.
Stoneside acted efficiently and on schedule to my liking .
