Storebox Self Storage Avis 

5 Stars all round. Teresa, Bridlington Site Manager was so helpful, kind and knowledgeable about the local area. My daughter & I had a unit for 2 months in spring 2026. Place is easy to access, secure, very clean and a good location in the town.

I cannot praise Courtney and the staff of the Woodford Green Storebox enough. A payment issue (my own error) was looked at expediently and handled with efficiency and expertise.

Easy process from start to finish, and that’s coming from a single mother on her own moving out of the home and finding somewhere else. StoreBox are very good with communication and general customer service and it made the whole process easier knowing I could call if I had any problems with anything. I’m moving out now but won’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others in the future!

Excellent service. Very responsive on email and helpful over the phone. I even locked myself in the yard after hours once and they kindly came and let me out in a timely manner. Spoken to Nicholas on the phone today regarding ending my rental of the unit as I no longer need it, he was very helpful! Overall excellent.

The team at Storebox have been so pleasant to deal with and always so helpful. They've continually been proactive and storage is a breeze. Really would recommmend.

Location is very handy as well as ample parking and never an issue.

The service I have received has been amazing so far. The container, access and availability has been great. I love that I can go at convenient times around or after work to sort as I go along. Nicholas has been extremely helpful and understanding. Location is fantastic too, straight off the A66. Fully recommend!

I have 2 units with Storebox Middlesbrough, very easy and convenient to access, huge lifts and trolleys so easy to get everything up to the higher floors. Very quick response if you ever need anything, highly recommend.

I recently stored furniture and household goods at Storebox Self Storage in Bishop Auckland, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received.
The team made all the difference:

I'd definitely recommend Storebox Bishop Auckland to anyone needing storage for furniture or household goods. The combination of knowledgeable staff, security, flexibility, and great value makes it an excellent choice in the Bishop Auckland area.

Great experience - I have had to use storage companies in the past but this unit in Bolton is head and shoulders above the rest! Dealt with Tom from enquiring to actually loading the guy seemed like he couldn't do enough for us. Would highly recommend this place!

The worst storage service ever. They do not keep their word at all, and the support is absolutely shit. I had a unit at their Stratford location for nearly 8 months, and it has been the worst experience I’ve ever had.

First, they locked my storage unit without any announcement, and it was only fixed after they noticed I had left a negative review. Their support team is completely useless and full of lies. Then, items worth thousands of pounds were damaged. Even though I paid for insurance coverage of up to £4,000, they still found a way not to compensate me.

If you care about your belongings, do not trust them.

Fantastic storage very easy to use and very good value for money. Highly recommend. Staff and very helpful.

Booking is easy, storage units are good but the cancelation process seems designed to catch you out.

I have now had to pay for an additional month - left a sour taste after a generally good experience.

EDIT:

The customer service team have contacted me and rectified the billing problem following checkout.

So my review has changed as the sour taste has been rectified so:

3. good customer service

To Storebox - can you make ending rental easier with a clear guide to help.

Turned up at Storebox Knaresborough to be met by staff member John who made getting started so simple and helped immediately when it became obvious I'd underestimated the space I needed..... sorted, no problem.
Great storage, great staff, great prices too.
Give them a try!

I used cheater le street whilst moving house. I got a better deal on 2 x 75 units and was happy with the price. Love the hours and flexibility. Really clean and easy to move around. Trolleys were useful. Georgia was really helpful on the phone as well as the other people I spoke to . I would use this place again in future if I had a need .
