It was my first time using a storage facility. Josh talked me through the process and also assisted with the moving of my furniture into the storage. He was very polite and extremely helpful. Once I had moved my furniture out of the facility, Josh carried out his checks and processed my refund immediately. I would certainly recommend the Preston Store First for any storage needs. I would like to thank Josh for all of his help, he's a credit to the company.

After shortlisting a few storage companies, I opted for Preston Store First because of the competitive pricing but mainly the excellent customer service. From my initial enquiry to loading day, they made everything so easy for me. Joshua was brilliant. Helpful at all stages. I felt confident in my choice. The storage building is immaculate, as are the units. 24hr access/security for peace of mind. Highly recommend.
