I thought that by going to a official Land Rover dealer i would get the best customer experience
Sadly they came up short.
Given you could be a buyer of a £180k plus vehicle you would expect better
I bought a used car , it wasn't as clean as could be and " handover " took 5 minutes maximum
Car was delivered with a fault and despite it being fixed i am still waiting the documentation for its service history
Strangely i havent had the usual post delivery customer survey !
I would advise that you make certain the car you might buy is prepared properly and all documentation given before leaving their dealership as you will be spending a lot of time chasing them otherwise

Poor customer satisfaction
Initial customer service very good upon picking my vehicle up after a bonnet catch cable replacement I noticed the grill was loose and a retaining screw missing the service agent tried to say the screw was missing in the first place but I know it wasn’t he then said he was not going to get into an argument about it but would order one and post it on

Went in to get my car serviced they put…
Went in to get my car serviced they put wrong mileage on added extra 6k , on clock 51789 but they put 57789 , rang them 25 times to get this sorted but still same seems like they are hardly bothered , after paying soo much for service if this is what you get then whats the point getting it serviced of them alot cheaper other places
