Straightforward service of my Jaguar by Stratstone JLR in Reading, but handled efficiently, courteously and promptly.

After ringing round a few other JLR dealerships within the local area before reaching out to JLR Stratstone, I was incredibly impressed with the customer service and overall experience I received 10/10!!

I was meant to feel at home. Tea, water, biscuits and coffee were offered ! The sales consultant was very knowledgeable.

Anticipating that Stratstone would neglect to inform us about the arrival/no-arrival of a back-ordered part, we checked prior to our scheduled repair visit. Would have had a wasted visit if we hadn’t, as we weren’t alerted to the part’s non-arrival. Over the years we have bought many cars from Jaguar Landrover Reading and it’s disappointing to be overlooked in this way.

We have had Range Rovers and Vogues for many years and mostly get a dissapointing service (we'd try another Landrover Retailer but this is the nearest one to us). Our car went in for the breaks to be repaired and arrived home with a faulty charging point. After-sales are what you would expect from a cheap supermarket. The booking times are super long, and one needs to chase for emails and responses constantly. Very frustrating, and I am sure their reputation will catch up with them.
As I can't respond to a reply I am editing my review. Thank you, we are still waiting for a response to our email last sent 28th February so our car can be booked in to be fixed! I sent a follow up email on 10th March to the person in charge and that was/is also ignored! I appreciate that everyone is busy but this is really quite unexpectable.

Had a "Check Engine" light on my 14mth old Velar on Christmas eve! Contacted Stratstone and was told to bring it in for a quick diagnosis. While I drank coffee and ate mince pies in their comfy reception area "Tom" told me an O2 sensor wasn't working, he had one in stock and would replace while I waited. Car fixed and Christmas saved! Thanks to Tom and Stratstone!

Disgraceful service.

Agreed a monthly payment price for an Evoque, they even put in writing that I would be "locking in that price at order". Nothing in the hire agreement (PCH) about price rises and yet a month later, they call me up saying its going up astronomically a month and they couldnt even give me a reason why.

Even my originally quotation at that price, which that order the car at, that was supposedly "locked in" is still in date...

Wow what a car crash of a place. I had two other offers at the time and chose them as they were lower but think that was just a sales tactic from them.
