Very thorough communication
Very thorough communication all the way through from Richard and Jasmine.
Service was above expectations with a full report on the car including a video of the underside of the car visual inspection.
The car was going in for a simple piece of work, the inspections and reports were not expected but added huge value to my experience.

Incredibly efficient, friendly and supportive approach from everyone at the dealership, when I took my car in for an annual maintenance service, especially Jasmine and Tom. Takes too long
The email confirmation told me MOT would take 1 hour, when I arrived they told me 2-3 hours and then all in I was there for 4 hours. Communication wasn't great, I had to keep chasing for updates.
