Stressless® UK Avis

Great product and very high quality.
Extremely comfortable and looks great in our home.
Manufacture and delivery time rather long but worth the wait.

Tried the product and liked it. Was shown how they work and options available including finance options. Delivery was to expectation and arrived complete and on time. Overall what was said was delivered to expectation.

Love the look and comfort of the chairs we bought. Our only complaint is the creased leather on the seats which I’m sure will only get worse

2 x Stressless console chairs Ordered over the phone staff were very efficient and delivered on time, quality product very happy

Great quality chair made in different sizes to suit individual heights .

Furniture looks great and is super comfortable.

Very good quality chair made of soft leather. I am very slightly disappointed that, unlike a similar chair I have ( not Stressless ) I can’t seem to ‘lock’ its position completely. It’s no great matter as the chair very easily adjusts to whatever position I want, but I don’t see the point in the knobs if they don’t lock a position. The wait for availability was long, as I was told it would be when I bought it, but the date was extended twice. The outlet from which I ordered the chair only told me of these delays when I made enquiries. This takes nothing away from my satisfaction in the chair. Above all - it is very comfortable !

Great chair very comfy

We've had the Stressless chair for approximately 3 years and looked after it as per instructions.
The leather on one armrest hax started to deteriorate and the chair has lost its padding.
An expensive chair should last longer than that!

This is my second Stressless chair. Very comfortable, very well made, and good quality leather.

Very happy with my purchase Malcom the staff member was very helpful gave excellent service and the outcome with furniture was also excellent I'm very satisfied with everything

Local furniture shop stocked Stressless furniture and we tried several sofas and chairs, but the Windsor was the most comfortable and suited our smaller space. Love the reclining mechanism, which is simple and works well. The paloma leather is soft and strong. Colour samples were useful. My only gripe is that, for the price, I would expect a free cleaning kit, etc.

We were searching for a comfortable sofa and chair not too large but with a good leather finish and after viewing many chairs we found that Stressless suited us the best. We found the furniture stylish and comfortable and as a result we have ordered a further chair.
One point however is that with the price of the products we felt that a leather care kit should have been included as standard.

My chair is so comfortable, I love the fact that I can spin it round to get up so don’t have to keep moving the footstool . The fact that it reclines is also a bonus.

Staff at both Plymouth and Exeter stores extremely friendly and helpful. Kept well informed. The Stressless Adam chairs we purchased are really comfortable and easy to use.

Well designed furniture, superbly made. The website is well designed and catalogues are helpful. The app’s virtual presentation of furniture in the room actually worked for me. A first as all other similar apps have not! The final accolade goes to the local stockist in Llangefni North Wales. Very helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant

My 3rd Stressless recliner over the years, tried cheap copy and found out why it was cheap. Best comfort and quality can only be a stressless

Very professional throughout the buying process. Delivery process also excellent.
