All started fine verified no problem deposited and withdrew after providing documents no problem now second time around the complete opposite consistently moving the goalposts before I can get the money I'm owed i suspect this is a delibert act to keep money within there site very suspect process I would suggest sticking to a more well known site until this site improves as I just dont trust my funds are being handled correctly or the processes in place are anything more than a deliberate delay tactic.

Joined Sts casino with £100 deposit. Played 40p spins on Danger High Voltage. Had I dont know how many teases for a bonus, but no luck. Then eventually had a bonus where the symbol that appeared for the wild seemed to disappear completely. Only win I had was for getting the bonus. I wont be playing this site again and when it eventually lets me log into my account, I will be closing it.

Ok so I dont normally review casino but I had my first experience here on the 24/2/2021 and decided that whatever the outcome was of my first nights play and big win and withdrawal went I would share it. So I made my first depsoit of 50 pound here and after reading the reviews I wasnt sure if this was going to be a legit site or not but anys I played the 50 and lost and then had another 30 to spend in my budget and got really lucky and got up to 2284 which at that point based on some comments I thought I will never see this money so I instantly withdrew 2000 and stopped playing. So as expected i shortly received an email to send documents which i am aware is part of the process and yes i had to send a selfie of me next to my id and few other docs but this was not new to me. Throughout the day i got emails saying i needed other docs and some weren't quite right but every time i was asked i sent what they asked for. Shortly more than 24 hrs later i received an email to say they all were accepted and within minutes the 2000 was in my bank so to be fair I thought I would right this to let people know if u have all the documents in place and send what they ask then you will receive your money and always read the terms and conditions and u wont be disappointed. So happy I didnt let the bad reviews sway me from playing here as made a tidy profit of 2200. Hope this helps anyone and again always have your documents ready to go and if possible have the account verified first and all will go smooth here.

At first your withdrawel is quick, but then ask for loads of documents, make it hard to withdraw easy to deposit. Joke site. Keep clear

This is my second review in a week I advise everyone to stay clear they are not accepting my citizens Id card which is the new national id card as form of id. I have tole them repeatedly that I do not have a passport or driving licence. I have been insulted by staff and I'm not getting any closer to getting my winnings. I have sent them proff that my card is the new national id but not accepting it. I have never had such a problem with a betting site. They even told me my birth certificate is not id. The place is a joke everyone stay clear they will rip you off.

Honestly confused about the bad reviews, won 560 from my original 20 to get half your stake and they had payed it out within the next 24 hours and credited my free bet, think some people are not doing what you need to qualify or uploading right information, will be using again

I am a member of various online bookmakers. I believe firmly in spreading out my bets rather than having everything in one place and very recently came across STS. An enticing new customer bonus was great of them and I was fortunate enough to do reasonably well from this bonus and make a profit. However, when it came to then trying to withdraw this money for the first time - the verification process arose. Now, with other online bookmakers this is of course completely normal and expected - for which an ID and proof of address is required. So I uploaded my documents and was then presented with a shopping list of others that were required. The goalposts were then moved oncemore and they decided that for incredibly obscure reasons that my documents weren't suitable - so again, I uploaded new docs to meet the new standards and once again, the goal posts were moved.
Other bookmakers will let you deposit but you're unable to place a bet until you've been verified (some even require verification before being able to deposit). However this is incredibly excessive and if this speaks to their nature as a bookmakers then I shall be taking my profit (eventually) and not depositing any further. I'd urge others to do so also.

Not very clear bonus wording. In fact it's downright misleading and the ethics of Responsible Gambling don't apply. New members be warned ... you've got to lose all of your initial £50 deposit ... not just have £50 worth of losses.

Made an account, deposited £50 and won in the casino. Try to withdraw my winnings and they spend months and months dragging it out, they keep changing what documents they ask for. First they just want photo of bank card and ID, then they want selfie of me and the ID, then they want my payslip, then they want 3 months of bank statements. As per the title - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
